Can I just say how OBSESSED I am with these purses?! They're gorgeous and made very well. The prices aren't bad either for the quality you're getting! Took a little longer than expected, but I will definitely be buying more in the future. So worth it!

Ordered the Femni black alligator crossbody (small size) and I am so happy with it! Excellent value.

Shipping: tracking info was provided and accurate. Overall took 5 weeks to arrive, however 2/5 weeks looked like the package was trying to leave the distribution centre with a few failed attempts. Once the package finally left the warehouse, it took just over 2 weeks to land in Canada. Cleared Canadian customs quickly and thankfully with no duties applied.

Size: love the size! It’s the perfect chic everyday crossbody. It will comfortably fit an iPhone + bulky case, card holder, and compact/lip gloss. I do not recommend sunglasses for the smaller version of this bag. If you are looking for more space go for the larger size although that one was too big for my personal taste and needs.

Quality: Lovely! Looks very well made and high end. The black alligator texture (vegan) is impressively done and the edges are sealed nicely. The buckle is a little bit chunkier than I expected although it probably looks more proportionate on the larger version of the bag. The buckle and chain strap have a nice gunmetal tone instead of pure silver to compliment the black vegan leather nicely. If I am going to fault anything, I wish the chain was a bit heavier to match the expensive look of the bag.

Overall: I am by no means an instagram influencer and found this brand by chance through the platform. I didn’t receive any special perk from the brand yet I am so happy with my experience. I generally do not order through Insta brands and took a chance with this one, and I am comfortable recommending this to a friend :)

I was sent the wrong item and they refused to send me a free return label! EXCUSE ME BUT I GOT THE WRONG ITEM so send me a return label and give me my money back. It is their mistake not mine if I got the wrong product.
I was only offered to get half of my money back because they accused me of keeping the item even if I clearly stated that I want to RETURN THE BAG. I guess that is their scamming technique keeping half of the money.
The quality of the bag is terrbile and the it has a terrible chemical smell.

I recived yesterday my bag as an anniversary present and i absolutely love it! It took 3 weeks to come, but we understand the long distance and the covid situation. We are going to buy new bags soon :)

I've been waiting over TWO MONTHS for my package and I've repeatedly emailed them requesting a refund due to the obscene wait time - which they are declining and insisting I wait for my package that's been being held in a postal service across the country (for over two weeks). I've been ordering from many other stores and I have not had this experience until now. I've disputed the claim with my card provider since I figured this company wouldn't give me a refund for the colossal headache it's been to try and get a hold of my package. I never even write reviews but this was such poor customer service that I wanted to spare someone else from wasting their money. I do not recommend buying from here.

I couldnt care less how wonderful the product may turn out to be, when it finally arrives...fact is, here we have an operator masquerading as a London-based company...and telling customers that UK orders take 1-2 weeks for delivery, only for you to later discover they are shipping your bag from China! I ordered one in good time (end of June) for it to arrive for my daughter’s birthday on July 14th. Not only has it not arrived (i’m writing this on her birthday), but the tracking information (I paid extra for tracked delivery) is next to useless. Its said the same thing now for several days. It implies the item is now in UK and in the hands of Royal Mail, but the new tracking number it notifies to you isnt even recognised by Royal Mail tracker. Femni London is guilty of misleading customers and failing to tell them ahead of ordering that their bags are shipped from China. Disgraceful - avoid this company folks!

This is the worst online company I have dealt with... I purchesed a bag 5months ago from this company (while flights were still avalible as I wanted it to take to Ireland with me) but never arrived!!! Promised me if would arrive every 2 weeks but still never... has also said if it didn't come in 2 weeks would give me a refund and never did!!! I disputed this with the bank and they have lied to the bank and told them my bag has arrived.... not really sure how when I moved out of the country 2 months ago it arrived and there is no one in that house to sign for it!!!

Recently purchased two bags and they came out more pretty than expected. Both are so stylish, you could use them with every outfit. The quality is so good. Totally recommended.

It took 3 months to receive my package. It looks like it was sent from China, and outside of having cute wrapping the bag quality itself is not worth it. Cheaply done - color is coming off the metal, overall not worth the price. I don’t think it sends from London either - everything on the package was in Chinese.

They claim to be “London” but they drop ship from China! Poorly made products!
I live in the UK and was told the delivery would take 1-2 weeks. Almost 4 weeks later it arrives.
Product is not as seen on the website. I ordered a “frozen yellow” iguana bag and the colour is orange.
Poorly made with scratches over the clasp and other metal areas plus plastic bits coming off the side.
Customer service (Chris & team) are non-responsive once I flagged this issue.
Don’t waste your money on this company.

I recently brought a bag from Femni london and I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase. The quality and detail in the bag is amazing bearing in mind the price. The bag I purchased is definitely my favourite one I’ve brought, and that is coming from someone who is obsessed with bags and owns hundreds. I will definitely continue buying all my bags from the in the future and they just do the most beautiful bags ever, in so pleased. The only downside to it is that it does take a little while to get delivered but I was aware of that as when I purchased the bag It did say that depending on where you live could differ to how many weeks it takes to get to you, which was completely fine because once I received it it was 100% worth the wait. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely be buying bags from them again.
