I have yet to receive my order! I have been messaging with someone but there has been no resolution. It has been lost in transit and I have requested that it be replaced and it has now been a month since I have ordered my bag.

Worst quality and worst customer service attention. NEVER buying again.

My first purse was broken after one use due to a manufacturer malfunction and Femni London sent me a new one right away! I have been using the new one for two months now and it is perfect. I get so many compliments and everything looks great.

Did the skin test and ordered no.35 foundation which arrived quickly, beautifully packed with eyeliner as a gift which, by the way, is just the BEST ever. Unfortunately whilst not matching too badly I could have done with foundation one shade darker. I wasn't going to return my original because I could live with it but asked customer service to recommend the next shade up which THEY SENT ME FREE OF CHARGE. I can't believe it. New foundation no.55 arrived today and couldn't be a better match. Looks wonderfully natural and covers everything. Thank you 🙏

Quality of the product not great and customer services, though they mean well, just not very professional.

The items from FemniLondon were very obviously from cheap overseas mass-produced manufacturing similar to AliExpress. The craftsmanship was terrible and the threads were all coming apart when the purse arrived. The style is cute and fashionable but the quality was not there. If I wanted something AliExpress quality I would've bought directly from the manufacturer seller instead of through a company in London.

Shipping took over a month, from china, overpriced dropshipping items

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a dress not only did it arrive dirty with black spots all over it. The dress was poorly made. They do not issue refunds so you’re just stuck with this mess of a product.

I purchased two bags, they're both gorgeous and arrived within a few days. I'll definitely be using this site again

I love femnilondon! I buy all my bags from here. They are beautiful and the quality is amazing. Highly recommend this brand.

I placed an order at the end of November and I took 5 weeks to arrive instead of 1, 2 that advertised on the website.
The bag that came was of terribly low quality and I asked them in email how can I return it and how much they charge. They’d answer one question per email and give me an attitude for follow up questions.

I’d seen a lot of negative reviews but also positive so I’d hoped that the bag that I had ordered fell into the latter category. It didn’t.

I don’t normally write reviews but, for the price these bags are being sold for I feel I need to warn people. The site may be called Femni London but, the bags are made and shipped from china, this took over 3 weeks, I requested to cancel/refund but, advised as it has been shipped I couldn’t do this but, I could return it once received which I’m assuming I will need to pay for. Most disappointing part was the metal chain handle is actually plastic which is shocking given the cost of the bag. I won’t buy anything from an advert again without checking trust pilot, going in the bin as won’t be going out with a cheap plastic handle in case anyone looks too close, so disappointed

What a piece of junk. Third rate crappy, smelly rubber that's worn out, cheap plastic bag chain that's glossy to look like metal but weighs less than styrofoam. I just cannot get over what a horribly pathetic bag - it wouldn't even sell at a dollar store!

Absolutely love my beautiful bag!! Such good quality and is so stylish. Nothing better than fashion that didn’t harm any beautiful innocent being in the making. Will be ordering from here again! xx

Just got today the Femni Darlington Crossbody bag in lavander, super cute design I love everything about the bag, except the fact that it feels used, the edges are darker then they are supposed to be, for a 60€ mini bag I expect more quality.
