This my second time using their services to get top up for Security Guarding course and found them very professional. Their customer service is remarkabke. They guide you from the start till thr end. Highly recommended for any such training to pursue.

FGH at the Albert Hall Manchester

I met a lovely member of the FGH Security team recently at the Albert Hall in Manchester. We were attending a wedding there and he was positioned on the door to ensure only wedding guests could access the venue. He was so friendly and welcomed everyone in such a warm manner - unfortunately I didn’t get his name!

Think twice about leaving your current job for this one.

There were many issues about this company before I had even attended my first shift. Management is poor and unorganised, the reason for this being that as you go through the hiring process you are told about how the job works, only for them to backtrack on what was said a few days before your first shift. I'm not going to mention the manager who took me through the hiring process, however I will mention what had happened. It was advertised that I was going to work in a location only 30 minutes away from me, only to be told that the location is not available one day before I was due to leave my current job. Rather that I would have to travel to London or further areas (1 hour+) instead. This is apparently justifiable as "hours worked will cover the pay for travel"? I was also told I would be working full-time on a 4-on-4-off pattern, only to be put down for three days a week... Upon telling the manager I won't be able to work the shifts, I wasn't even met with a reply let alone an apology. Instead my shifts were cancelled and I was notified through automated emails. I'm now currently unemployed as I handed in my notice for my previous job thinking I would be working for a new company full-time in a location not far from me (as advertised), instead I've been met with unfair circumstances leaving me in a difficult situation.

Good facilities, the tutor made everyone welcome and delivered the sessions at a pace that allowed everyone to take in the information. Great practical sessions and the learning was fun throughout. Thank you Matt

Really good training provider

I will always go back to fgh for both myself and my staffs training the staff and facilities are great antony is a brilliant instructor he is an asset to the company had a couple of the supervisors/managers on the course had a good crack that just tells me that all the staff are down to earth. I would honestly recommend anyone to use fgh

Big up hassan

Went to Cardiff city vs Blackpool upon trying to enter I got searched 4 times by a female steward that was quite rude and after I got assaulted the “head steward” was antagonising me and my boyfriend when we was trying to get away from the abuser …however one of the stewards in the away end made up for that hassan you were brilliant 10/10 and the steward you was with nice to see there are actually some nice steward! That you can actually talk to and have a joke with

Door supervisor refresher

Great trainer!
Great course!

Explained everything in good detail, shown us in good detail aswell! Has alot of time to help people and correct people where they may have got something wrong!
I did the course 3 years ago and done it now, will 100% be doing course again with FGH in the future.
Well done guys!

Awful company to work for and…

Awful company to work for and absolutely strongly encourage consider before looking for work with this company and it’s bad practice and neglecting staff members and pay and security and safety of choosing to take up employment even as a temporary basis bad communication and organisation from admin, intimidating disrespectful interaction amongst fellow colleges from mangers and supervisors, known staff have lost positions and belongs ranging in the thousands due to negligence and blatant misplacement, and refuse to reimburse and take measures to resolve and place you accountable for your own misfortune when they as company took the roles duties delegated to them and responsibility to undertake carrying out duties in relations to staff wellbeing and safety, going against their policies and not adhering to the staff wellbeing policy and Human Resources will not assist in helping and side with company, THIS IS A CORRUPT COMPANY AND URGE CAUTION AND WARNING TO ANYONE OF ANY AGE, ETHNICITY, AND FINANCIAL BACKGROUND CONSIDERING WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY IN FUTURE GOING FORWARD TO LOOK OUT FOR MORE BETTER REPUTABLE COMPANIES DESPITE WHO THERE CLIENTS MAY BE FORE APPLYING AND GOING THROUGH APPLICATION, NOT TO AT THE EXPENSE OF YOUR FINANCIAL WELLBEING AND HEALTH, MENTAL WELLBEING BEFORE BEING MISLEAD TO TAKE ON WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
