Fantastic course well presented and taught.Thankyou for the opportunity

I recently attended an event where FGH Security was responsible for security, and my experience was deeply disappointing due to several issues:

Unprofessional Conduct: The security personnel were discourteous and unhelpful, contributing to a hostile environment rather than ensuring attendee safety.

Inadequate Crowd Management: The venue was overcrowded, leading to long queues and congestion, especially when exiting. This raised serious safety concerns, as emergency evacuation would have been challenging.

Additionally, there is a concerning pattern of flooding review platforms with suspiciously positive 5-star reviews, seemingly to overshadow genuine negative feedback. This practice undermines trust and prevents constructive criticism from being addressed.

I hope FGH Security addresses these issues promptly to ensure a safer and more professional environment for future events.

The training course I've just attended was very informative and i learnt alot. The trainer was very friendly and knowledgeable on delivering the course, she also made it very interesting and kept us all focused throughout. I feel that it was very beneficial to my work and i have already used pointers since during an incident.

I have had the pleasure of working with FGH Security, and their staff have consistently been friendly, professional, and willing to go above and beyond.

Matt is a great trainer with great personal anecdotes that make the day feel more personable and helps to relate the content to our actual day to day roles as security operatives.

I work for 2 other Security companies and I have to say right from the getgo FGH have been great. They are not a faceless company. They are happy to help with uniform, training and even a welcome WhatsApp from the operations manager -Jay.

Listened to a lecture by the ceo on his values and purpose. Lovely man with a good heart for people and serving.

The experience I had with the trainers was top-notch. They made me feel at home and the quality of the presentations was well-explained. The training facility was very good. I would like to recommend others and who wants to top-up their SIA course to use FGH. The practical trainings simulate the real life scenarios.

I recently attended the SIA training through FGH which was delivered by Antony. This course is lengthy but Antony and the FGH Training team found a way of bringing this to life. The course held my attention through out and there was lots of support and coaching. There were different levels of knowledge and experience on the course, but Anthony made it equal for all. Thank you.

The whole course very well delivered instructor ant was very well spoken knows his stuff has real world experience and on the door and was very engaging in the class room.
Danielle in the office was extremely helpful when it came to facilitating me coming from Ireland to sit the course even down to suggestions for place to get food. Have to say top class all together.

FGH Security maintain a high reputation within the security industry and are respected as providing standards that all companies would like to achieve. The training courses I've attended with FGH were delivered professionally. At the events I've attended I have seen dozens of incidents dealt with and resolved quickly and expertly. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service provided by one of your deputy head stewards, Sayed, during the Taylor Swift concert on 15th June 2024 at Anfield Stadium.

My name is Sara Ingram, and I live on 34, Sybil Road, Anfield. As a devoted fan of the club, I always try to attend events at Anfield. On this particular occasion, I was accompanied by my granddaughter Lizzie and her mother Hessle.

We had been at the venue the entire day, and unfortunately, Lizzie developed painful blisters on her feet from all the walking. In our moment of distress, we attempted to seek assistance from several stewards to call the medical team, but after waiting for almost half an hour with no response, our situation became increasingly worrying.

It was disheartening to see some of the Liverpool stewards nearby, seemingly indifferent to our predicament. Just when we were losing hope, Sayed, a deputy head steward from FGH, noticed our situation and immediately took action.

Within two minutes of his phone call, three different medical teams arrived and attended to Lizzie, providing the care she desperately needed.

We briefly spoke to Sayed to thank him, and he mentioned he worked for FGH. His quick response and compassionate nature truly made a significant difference to our experience that day.

His professionalism, empathy, and leadership in such a busy environment exemplify the qualities of an exemplary steward. He not only alleviated our distress but also set a standard for how stewards should respond in critical situations.

Sayed’s actions turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one, and for that, my family and I are profoundly grateful. We hope that other stewards, particularly those from Liverpool, can learn from Sayed’s exemplary conduct and dedication.

I currently work at FGH Security & the management & staff relations are amazing & they carry out monthly welfare checks over the phone & my line Manager, Scott Armstrong carrys out reviews face to face as often as he can & he is always on the end of the phone should I need anything, even on weekends & there is a control centre open 24/7 should I need anything or if I have an issue onsite!!
