Awful in so many ways

Security as it should be. FGH staff at Kendal Calling this weekend were a refreshing change to the usual rude, unhelpful experience I have had with security staff from other companies. The woman on the staff car park was particularly helpful but every member of staff conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner. Thanks guys

I volunteered at Eurovision alongside FGH in liverpool this year.
One employee in particular stood out, Linda was calm, professional and supportive at all times- we couldn’t have done our job so well without her!

I recently had the pleasure of working alongside FGH on two music events/festivals.
The teams I have worked with have been hardworking, dedicated and most of all fun! It’s rare to find such a team in the security world - but these guys were great.

I was one of the accessibility volunteers helping out at the Eurovision Village recently, working alongside FGH staff. All were helpful, but a special shout out must go to Linda at the accessibility area who dealt with everything with a cheerful yet steely grace. Thanks Linda!

I attended a concert recently and struggled with my M.E a lot more than i expected. The team were extremely friendly and accommodating and I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you so much.

Really friendly, professional and helpful team. We were given a specific contact (Rich) who made themselves readily available when we needed specialised support to safeguard vulnerable children. A real team effort. Thank you so much!

I would just like to say thank you to all your staff at FGH for a great night at the opening ceremony of the Eurovision. Three of us all on the autistic spectrum went there and were a bit worried about what we might find.

We realised we had seperate entry gates but the staff were great realising we all needed to stick together and advising us to use the accessible line so we could explain better.

Thank you so much to everyone on gate A and all the stewards inside for a great evening.

All the staff are very helpful. The induction process and signing-up process were seamless. A very professional organization with high standards. Seem to genuinely care about their staff. Would recommend.

We went to a gig at the New Century Hall in Manchester. The FGH security personnel made it one of the best we've had in a very long time. Everyone we encountered were polite, helpful and very welcoming. We go to a lot of gigs and have encountered all sorts of security. FGH are among the best. Always chatty and never intimidating.

If you were not able to come to one shift, they cancel all the shifts you are booked for. And if you ask for leave, they will cancel your shift and one more shift after that. So, you will be giving up at least two shifts after applying for leave. Instead, apply to different security companies.

The GMCA uses FGH Security as our security support provider. FGH are always professional and polite and will do anything to help when they are working. We wouldn’t use anybody else.

We've been a client for FGH for a long time now. They are a fantastic group who are always professional and committed to keeping our colleagues and customers safe. You can always rely on Charlie and Marionne who have a knack for de-escalating tough situations. They are both very knowledgeable in their role and are friendly and approachable. I'd also like to give Arran a shout out who prevented a particularly volatile situation from escalating last night. We owe these guys a lot!

NWEC work in partnership with FGH Security to ensure the West End (Oxford Street, Regent Street, and Bond Street) is a safe place to work and visit. During my 6 months at NWEC, I have worked closely with the FGH regional team and regularly meet with their SLT. The highest compliment I can pay FGH, is that I would recommend their service to any organisation / business who are looking to improve their security operation. FGH is a company going from strength to strength, and is well respected within the security industry.

I’ve been with FGH for many years now I’ve always felt they’ve tried to solve problems as quickly and easily as possible. With a small business and even during/after Covid when they were struggling with personnel, they communicated well.

FGH are a very reliable, professional supplier to Wembley Stadium with great communication skills and excellent customer service.
They have provided numerous crowd safety staff to us for a large number of events and would recommend them to others.
