The fire pit we ordered came quickly
The fire pit we ordered came quickly, was well packaged and seems very substantial. As it is still wet February we haven’t tried it yet but at the moment I cannot foresee any problems.

Useless courier service
Unfortunately, this company uses APC Overnight as its courier. 3.5 weeks later and we still have not received our order. They should be renamed APC Overmonth.

I apologise for the condition the item arrived in, as we manufacture all items here in the UK and to order they are sometimes left with a small amount of manufacturing oil them despite being cleaned over thoroughly. I will mention this to QC and see if there is anything further to be done.
