Ordered with ease.Told it would be 2 weeks approx to delivery.Phoned company and gave them dates I would be away.My fire pit was delivered on my return.Good communication regarding delivery date and time. Excellent service and the fire pit is first class

We have had one of these beautiful fire pits for years and love it. It was recently greatly admired by my sister so I decided to get her one for her birthday. The time frame however was tight and whilst they couldn't promise, it was delivered ahead of time and I could not be more delighted!

Despite me making a mistake on my order, this was efficiently and quickly corrected with the minimum of fuss. It is when things don’t go according to plan that a great company with excellent customer service comes into its own. Thank you to the team at Firepits U.K.

Delighted with my purchase, excellent quality. Delivered promptly as promised. Unfortunately I thought that the website was slightly confusing so much so that I missed two items which I was also keen to purchase. Contacted Customer Services no problem to update my order, but unfortunately the additional items did not arrive with my main order. Contacted Customer Services again, confirmed items had not been dispatched, delivery was promised the following day and they arrived as promised. I will certainly return to Firepits if further items are required.

Wow! What a company, absolutely amazing products and even better customer service! We already have a fire pit (which we love) but we ordered the bbq ring as an addition as we had an upcoming garden party. I made the error of not realising that this was made to order which normally take two weeks (I needed it in 1 week!). I called the number on the website and spoke to a lovely friendly lady (sorry I forgot your name) who owned the problem went and spoke to the fabrication team and called back within the hour. The bbq ring was made next day and shipped the day after!! Incredible 5 star service from everyone at FirepitsUK. Thank you so much, the garden was a huge success and the bbq ring worked wonderfully. Would highly recommend this company.

The website glitched and cancelled an order (on three different browsers). I checked with my bank and its not an issue on their side. When I called Firepits UK no one answered and they asked to leave a message or mail. So, I mailed and no one got back to me. In this day and age, this kind of customer service is unacceptable. They want you to sign conditions and buy, but don't to interact or provide service. Good luck to you.

We love our fire pit pizza dome! Solid like our fire pit, it looks great in the garden.

The service was amazing. Considering these are handmade & then the transportation & we received extremely quickly, with constant updates including the courier who also continued with the brilliant service.

Amazing quality well made very pleased overall

I have ordered full outdoor kitchen. Spent over 2K. Delivery options very poor for heavy items. There is only kerb delivery so make sure you have people with you to carry in your garden. Communication was really poor through the delivery. And pizza dome not worth the buy. It is very impractical, there are much better options out there. Also all over the items health and safety hazards, I cut myself couple of times by over sharp edges through erecting the items. Edges haven’t been properly filed. Not impressed at all.

Fabulous product just as expected and customer service was excellent too. The order was required for a particular time and it was sent out immediately, thank you!

Our Firepits UK products have stood the test of time. The Fire pit lid / table top is a great addition to our collection. Arrived promptly and looks great.

Really excellent company. I had to contact them to ensure that my parcel did not arrive whilst I was away on holiday. They replied very promptly and ensured my parcel was shipped quickly. The fire pit is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to use it! This is the second fire pit we bought from fire pits UK the last was an Indian fire bowl which lasted around five years as had extremely heavy wear and tear. I couldn’t recommend this company more - definitely get your fire pit from them!
