Poor customer service
Ordered in June for July delivery. Date set for Monday 8th.Even took the day off! Firepits Uk gave wrong details to the delivery Company, who couldn’t find my house or phone me. I had to phone Delivery company to find out what was going on.
I contacted FirepitsUk for assistance re the delivery but apparently once it’s left them it’s not there issue. FirePits Uk didn’t bother once to phone me back or try to sort anything out. I phoned them twice to try sort out the issue, not once did Firepit Uk contact me, even though they kept saying they would.
Asked Firepit uk to see if the delivery could be arranged for the following day between 1-2pm as I work, they said they’d ask the delivery company and get back to me, needless to say they didn’t and it was delivered at 9.15am! I had to leave work to make sure the item wasn’t just left on the drive!!
It’s a shame because the item is outstanding.

Good afternoon, thank you for your feedback, i'm sorry to hear you feel this way. The details provided to the courier are automatically transferred from the order placed, upon speaking with the couriers they had clarified that that driver had input the number incorrectly. I can only apologise for this. As you were made aware we were in contact with our local depot regarding the issue but often it is much quicker for the depot to relay information directly to the customer to cut out the middleman. We arranged for the fire pit to be re-arranged between the 1pm and 2pm slot which our depot confirmed had been passed on. We were unaware that the delivery had been made prior to this and would have investigated further had we been made aware. We would like to offer you some accessories by way of apology for the poor service you feel you recieved, if you wish to take this offer up please do contact us. However I am grateful to hear you like the product. If we can help any further, please do let us know and thanks again for your constructive review which we will endeavour to improve on in the future.

Excellent customer service! We bought our tall pizza oven 3 years ago and have used it constantly since. Unfortunately the glass has cracked on the top oven (no fault of Fire Pits UK) and once again they have provided excellent customer service sending another piece out. Absolutely love this oven, great for entertaining. We visited Naples last year and feel we could give Italy some competition! Thank you Firepits UK!

Simply brilliant!
We love our new firepit it has been made to a great standard and looks fabulous. I run a small guest house and my guests are able to use the firepit so I wanted one that looked nice but could stand to the tests if time and so far I'm not disappointed. The service I recieved was great, I asked if they could send it on a priority and they did this without hesitation. Delivery was great they kept me informed and the driver was really helpful. I can't find anything to fault the company at all. My husband is over the moon with it as I ordered it as a surprise. I've added pics to my face book page also and advertised the company too.

Good efficient service from order to delivery. I forgot to order a couple of smaller items poker spade etc but missed this and did not order on second order as this would have resulted in another delivery charge. I think this should have been waived and I would have ordered more items. Apart from that it was good product
