Paul was brilliant! He understood the urgency off requirement off the EWS1 form as our seller was looking to pull out due to how long the process was taken.
Solicitor didn’t know what to do and neither our broker knew who to contact as this was a new form that lenders needed apparently.
Got the number from the lender and spoke to Paul right away.
I told Paul the lender wouldn’t approve our mortgage application until we had this form, told Paul about 2pm and I got the form by 9 that night and he gave me an explanation to show my solicitor and broker, put me right at ease and now I have the keys to my first family home.
