Prompt response to my enquiry to have EWS1 report carried out on a flat.
Paul advised within 1 day with a date when they would be able to undertake the survey, which happened on the due date, followed up with an report 2 days later. The report was extensive addressing all the required aspects to allow me to move on and put the flat up for sale.
