Have just used this fantastic company to carry out an EWS1 form for my flat after a recent survey found some cladding on the building. After fearing the worst on reading online about how long and how expensive this process would be all my fears were eased as soon as I made contacted with Paul and his team. A quick turnaround and was kept fully updated on the process which literally took a week at most.

Well organised and efficient service. I was given a date of W/c 21 June and Paul exceeded expectations by managing to do the report at the start of the week.

Do not panic if you have to get a survey - Paul explained on a seminar with Waterman’s legal that many inspections are not invasive. He has metal detectors and often tiny probes can be used. Seminar is well worth a watch and the inspection set my mind at ease about my flat sale running in to issues. The seminar is well worth a watch.
