Excellent professional service carried out efficiently from the first visit to the shop to the completion of the job. Delighted with the end result and a fair competitive price.
First class service. Were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish
I had a great experience with First Floors - the customer service was very good and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They worked quickly in my house and tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend.
Great friendly service and just love our oak flooring!
I can highly recommend first floors. I bought a beautiful oak floor and the service from the sale to the fitting was first class.
Salesman was very knowledgeable. Fitter was fantastic - worked well into the evening to complete the job. Floor looks brilliant.
Friendly, knowledgable & helpful staff huge selection to choose from at great value. Delighted with my flooring
Delighted with the service from First Floors. From choosing our flooring to day of fitting, was pleasurable and stress-free! Highly recommend First Floors!
We have bought both carpets and wooden flooring from first floors and would recommend them with no hesitation.
The range of stock is excellent, prices are competitive and the staff are pleasant and very knowledgeable about their products.
Fitting is also to a very high standard.
I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.
Ordered amtico tiles from first floors of giffnock, and initially all was well, were pleasant enough when I was giving them my custom. The tradesman who was supposed to be fitting the tiles let us down and I phoned first floors back to ask if they could do it. Was told they would get back to me, needless to say I am still waiting for a return phone call. I chased them up and after three phone calls my patience with them ran out, I decided if that was their service when I was willing to give them business, I'd be better to give my custom to a company who were efficient and reliable. They appeared to be neither. I also had been advised to order one box of tiles too many, when I asked if they would refund my money, they said it would cost them too much. Bizarre, needless to say I won't be using them again, not interested in customer service after they have the sale.

Have used First Floors on many occasions and have always found them to be extremely professional, and the products and service of the highest order.
All the staff very helpful and informative ... the best deals around Glasgow and would thoroughly recommend.
Have used First Floors on many occasions and never been disappointed. David and the team are professional and great to work with. We recently had our kitchen floor installed by them and are absolutely delighted with it. Would happily recommend.

Failed to show up for appointment and failed to honour quoted fitting schedule. Needless to say I went elsewhere. At least no money exchanged hands and I consider it a lucky escape from further poor service.
Spent £3400 on wood flooring from these cowboys in November 2016. In my experience that is what they deserve to be called.
The fitters, McLeod Flooring, left my home without advising that, whilst cutting hardboard, they cut through to the perfectly good carpet beneath and left a 21" slit in the carpet. It would have been obvious to the fitter that the damage had been done.
Further to the above there was shoddy joinery work that the fitter has "repaired" twice and is still shoddy. Blocks of timber, 7 out of 16 parts, fitted at the base of door frames could be pulled off the wall with one finger. No apology just arrogance and denial of any responsibility.
A Director of First Floors of Giffnock, Glasgow came out with the fitter to inspect. Arrogant little man and fitter made no apology and left denying all responsibility.
In response to my review on Houzz, First Floors of Giffnock, Glasgow eventually published a bizarre response about 23rd December 2016 advising that they have insurance to cover the damage they caused and also that they had reported me to the police for being angry!!!
Bizarre people.
Now in January 2017, have heard nothing further from them.
The Director's parting shot, said to my wife and myself when he was leaving my home was, and I quote: "we regularly make mistakes".
Reading this you will be wondering if this is all true. What sort of company would operate in this way nowadays?
BELIEVE IT, IT'S ALL TRUE.
STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM REGARDING THE INSURANCE THEY MENTIONED.

Further to my previous comments I would advise that I have heard nothing from First Floors of Giffnock, Glasgow or McLeod Flooring regarding taking responsibility for the damage they caused in my home or for the shoddy joinery work.
