The customer rep listened patiently to…

The customer rep listened patiently to my concerns in finding a better company with which I want to insure my property and contents.
He gave me options to consider why the company should be chosen .
I said to him that the true value of a company is when a customer files a claim and how the company deals to resolve the issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.

From hopeless to success

From the very first call, which provided me with vital information regarding my buildings insurance, I was met with patience, kindness as well as sharp professionalism. When I thought my case was hopeless, I was shown a path to progress and eventually, to success. In this complex situation, the smoothest path was provided by First2Protect. Very quick to act and helpful

Very quick to act and had my policy sorted within half an hour.

I use first 2 protect for my residential and a rental and would definitely recommend them.

An exemplary service
