Rachel was very pleasant and answered all my questions promptly. Unfortunately my current Landlord insurance provider is providing a large cash back making their policy 50% cheaper once you take their cash back into account.

Home and contents insurance
Oscar was very good and helpful with our enquiry with regards to home and contents insurance and eventual insurance agreement. I am not the fastest person on a computer or smart phone but he had the patience to help and wait while I got things sorted. From the agreement I received from the insurance company I made a substantial saving. As a pensioner this was all savings are well received I can recommend Oscar as a very helpful and patient person and I thank him for his time.

I spoke with Jodie on the phone and she went through all the questions to get my quote started. As a first‑time buyer, I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was super helpful, really patient, and took the time to explain anything I didn’t understand.
She reassured me when I wasn’t sure about certain answers and made the whole thing feel so much easier and calmer. Jodie was friendly, professional, and just lovely to deal with.
