When we had to change our holiday and thought all was lost, in stepped Monny Khan, not only did she find a great holiday deal for the date we could travel, but also talked me through how to book the corresponding flights with Easyjet, thank you Monny you definitely went that extra mile 😊

Controversial information
UPD. Thank you for the quick response!!! In section about transfers please re-phrase, we have removed transfer from your package” so that it correlates to section “Included” which has Airport transfer. Easy to search information but so many contradicting information - transfer - is it included or excluded, luggage is excluded but then 10kg allowance free? VERY short sessions, you need to have EVERYTHING handy to process booking. BUT happy with the low deposit.

We have recently introduced more flexibility for our customers by introducing holiday packages where you are able to choose the extras you'd like and pay only for what you will need. Due to this, you will always be able to check on the Travel Options page of a holiday exactly what luggage and transfers will be included, and from there you can add what you will need. If your holiday package is with TUI flights, these will always include 10kg hand luggage free of charge, and you can then choose whether you'd like to add any hold luggage, and how many cases you'd need. Different airlines will also have different allowances.

Not very clear on transfer inclusion
Not very clear on transfer inclusion, states no transfer but I chose coach transfer, now it’s not an option to amend, ability to ‘add request’ is not available, when there was no request available when first booking.

La Gomera - Canary Islands
Very good holiday, travel, hotel and location but beware of two totally unacceptable circumstances that they don't tell you about - as usual it's all down to lack of adequate communication.
On the ferry across to La Gomera I had the haul a heavy suitcase up three flights of steep, narrow , slippery stairs when boarding with no lift, rep or crew (who refused to help me) in sight. Yes there was a solution but no one was told about it nor did they explain how to access it!
Hotel - we were dumped, at 9 pm in the dark, 500 yards away, with a driver who spoke no English, pointing in the vague direction of restaurants and other buildings. He could have driven into the hotel - but chose not to!
