Fridge/freezer repair

Great customer service from Dan. Booking a service was simple and the choice of dates and times helpful. Communication on the day was good and the updates on timings via a text message and Google map update was appreciated. Dan dentified the issue very quickly and resolved it so the fridge/freezer worked efficiently once more. He also checked the whole unit and discovered an issue with some loose wiring he anticipated may have been a problem with the fridge being nearly ten years old. He fixed his quickly. Hopefully the fridge/freezer will last another ten years.

Dishwasher repair

Excellent service from Fisher and Paykel. Aaron the technician was extremely knowledgable and immediately identified the fault and fixed the dishwasher. He was polite and provided a first rate service.

Childlock activated in error

The child lock was activated in error and we had no way of knowing how to disable it. F&P’s instructions were no help. We contacted their support and quickly received a text message from Adam - their engineer. He identified the problem and showed us how to fix it.

What you want when you have problems

Great experience. Steve Beale sent notification that he was on his way and arrived shortly after. Lovely friendly guy, diagnosed problem with gas hob, did additional checks, I couldn't ask for more. Fisher and paykel are great.

Very easy, efficient and quick

Very easy to book a call out. Excellent communications at all times including exact timing. Very efficient and polite service engineer (Dean). Problems sorted! Recommend.

Irod was amazing, went above and beyond.

Irod was amazing, so friendly, super knowledgeable. Quickly fixed the issue and went above and beyond providing maintenance advice. He even showed me how to move the shelves in the fridge ❤️ so grateful for him today.

Very helpful

Very helpful on-line, booking a service was relatively easy and bookable within days. Communication very good on the day

Great Service

I had excellent service today, by Robin, who serviced my fridge/freezer and repaired my ice maker. Robin was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

The incredible Enginner AJ is a credit to Fisher-Paykel

The Enginner AJ that you sent out today spent a lot of time, care and attention to resolve the issues with both our range cooker and our dishwashers. He hasn’t stopped all afternoon until he worked out why the cooker was tripping the electricity. A problem that we’ve had for many years that the previous engineer dismissed and said was fine on both call outs! This Engineer also established that the dishwasher had a faulty water softener too. And has also fixed that. Thank you for sending such a caring and brilliant chap. We’re excited to get the range cooker working to its full capacity now. Thank you
