Ash was brilliant, he listened about the issues we had, got straight to work and fixed the fault quickly. He also suggested a different dishwasher tablet for an eco wash. Very pleasant, helpful and professional. Top level service.

We recently ordered a Fisher & Paykel drawer dishwasher and initially experienced some confusion around the delivery date. After reaching out, the customer service team were proactive, responsive, and genuinely helpful in getting everything back on track. Although the appliance hasn’t arrived yet, the way the team handled our concerns has been excellent, and their follow‑through has given us full confidence in both the product and the company. We appreciate the support and look forward to the installation

Rob was amazing! As soon as he walked in he immediately knew what to do and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with a true professional. Whilst fixing our fridge not even one drop of water fell on the ground. Amazing service, would most definitely recommend.

Excellent and prompt service by Jiy who fixed a small problem with our Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer

Fisher Paykel engineer Jiy came out to us for some checks on our new range cooker and fridge freezer. He checked everything over and quickly changed the freezer door that was dented but also gave me so much helpful advice and instruction on how to get the most out of my new appliances and take care of them. He also kept me updated on the timings of his visit. Great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience with Ashley from Fisher and Paykel today. He carried out a fridge repair for me, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service.

Ashley was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The repair was completed efficiently, and my fridge is now working perfectly again.

What stood out most was his friendly attitude and attention to detail—he took real pride in his work and made sure everything was in top condition before leaving.
