If you enjoy cleaning your dishwasher…

If you enjoy cleaning your dishwasher every few washes, pre-washing your dishes and cutlery so they come out clean and basically doing the washing yourself before you use the dishwasher then this is the one for you! Never know a dishwashr to be so much work, I am considering just getting rid of it and buying a bog standar one because at least they clean the dishes. The washer arms bog up with stuff from the wash before if you put dirty dishes in and then clog and do not wash the next wash. It is such a pain in the ass! I thought I was paying for something that was going to be easier and more effective, alas, I just paid to work harder myself.

Great engineer service

An engineer was arranged to visit within two days and we were kept continually informed. Robin called several times on the morning of his visit to keep us updated on his arrival time, which was great. He was so nice to deal with, polite, tidy, clean and solved the issue immediately. Brilliant!

Brilliant product with great aftercare service

Adam Smith Tech126 is a superb engineer - fast knowledgeable, polite, friendly, helpful and cleans behind him too.
Fisher & Paykel American style fridge freezer now 15 years old and good as new. F&P don’t try to sell you a new model if yours is good. Brilliant product and aftercare service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Service

Aaron came to deal with a dishwasher issue and he quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it on the day. He was knowledgeable and good to talk to, despite his choice of football team! A credit to your Fisher & Paykel.

Excellent Service from Bradley

Bradley recently came to my home to resolve an issue following a couple of appliance replacements, which had unfortunately left a larger gap than expected and the units misaligned compared to how they were previously.

From the outset, he kept me fully updated with his expected arrival time, which was very much appreciated. When he arrived, he was friendly, polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to properly assess the situation, explain what needed to be done, and worked methodically to rectify the problem.

His skill and attention to detail were evident throughout, and he ensured everything was carefully aligned before leaving. I am very pleased with the outcome.

First class service

Booked a repair a week out, then was given an earlier option which was great. Technician arrived promptly, identified the problem quickly and fixed it! Without having to send off for parts and come back again. Fridge freezer is 3.5 years old and still under warranty so no charge. Thank you Ashe for persevering and sorting!

Quick, efficient and friendly service. Great comms, especially being able to track so we knew when to expect them. Brad and Jiy were great, identified problem quickly - would recommend going straight to the professionals!
