Technician Jiy great, efficient knowledgeable- 5 stars for him,and good service on phone - but negative was the online systems were down and therefore suggested he was still over an hour away - appt was late due to Friday traffic, and systems hadn’t updated so suggested arrival would be very late and

Steve and Andrei delivered two fridges to our site, they were very helpful as they unpacked and put them in the place I have asked.

Fantastic delivery and installation service from Steve and Andrei. They carefully measured the doorways to ensure the fridge freezer could fit without damaging anything, and went on to fully install it and talk me through all the functions. Brilliant team, very impressed.

The engineer Jesse was punctual and competent. He fixed the problem quickly.

Jiy & AJ visited today to find a knocking noise that developed and change the spring on the door.
They were able to isolate the noise and put a fix in. Door was a quick one to fix.
All done within half an hour!

Booked a repair through Fisher & Paykel's website. The engineer, Jiy, arrived on time (having called ahead) and was great at communicating, diagnosing the problem and fixing it all. He then gave some helpful advice, too. Really impressed with the whole experience!
