This is our 3rd time purchasing equipment from Fitness Superstore in Chelmsford. Every time has been a great service. This time was with James who continued our positive experience which has ensured that we will continue to return for any equipment in future.

Visited Chelmsford store with my shortlist of treadmills I wanted to try out. Ryan Daly with the patience of a saint listened to me explain what I needed and what were definite no-nos. Chose the Volta VT40IT Incline Trainer, which I ordered online and was delivered the following day

James and team were super-professional, friendly and knowledgable.

I went into the store and spoke to Hugh about a specific piece of equipment, he was very polite and extremely helpful in making my decision, nothing was too much effort. Ryan was also very helpful when I called about a few measurements…once again nothing was too much trouble!
Have purchased from here for years and will continue to do so and the customer service on the whole is outstanding.

We visited the store as wanted to try out kit before buying. Staff were friendly, v helpful, informative but not pushy to buy. Ordered through store and all straightforward. Would recommend.

Professional and polite team turned up bang on the time they said they would. Set the treadmill up exactly as we wanted and were all done and demonstrated within 2 hours. Very impressed.

Ryan answered our telephone enquiry and was most helpful re stock as we were travelling a significant distance. Although we did not ask him to do so, he took the iniative of reserving the items pneding our arrival. He was on his own in the outlet but he politely and professionally managed to divide his attention between the two customers he had simultaneously. Great brand ambassador.

We ordered our multi-gym from the Chelmsford Superstore. Ryan was excellent, very helpful and informative and took time with us. Communication re installation was excellent, with frequent updates. Installation was easy and went to plan. Lee & Josh worked hard and efficiently, and provided a safety demonstration to ensure we were happy. Well done to the entire team. Excellent service.

We were interested in a number of fitness machines (treadmill, rowing machine, bench and free weights) and wanted to see several options for each one. The store had plenty of relevant machines to consider. James was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about all of them. We discussed our requirements and preferences and he explained the pros and cons of each machine without being pushy or suggesting any particular machine overly strongly. In the end, we bought everything we thought we would need all at once and for a very competitive price. They have now been delivered and are working well. Thanks James.
