Dishonest shop
Dishonest shop. I just went to the Wembley show room and wanted to purchase a £2000 full body gym machine. The sales person there tried to rip me off my adding an extra £250 surcharge on the installation for a total of £500 of installation cost, compared to the £250 quoted on the website. When I confronted him, he lied to me it’s a postcode surcharge despite the address being in west london which is well within their catchment area. Clearly he was trying to rip me off. Very dishonest.

Our Head Office Installation Team has reviewed the quotation and confirmed that the installation charge provided in store was correct. Installation costs are calculated based on both postcode and the location within the property. As the installation was for a basement location within a surcharge area, the additional charge was applied in accordance with our standard pricing structure and website terms and conditions.
We would like to reassure you that the surcharge was not applied at the discretion of the sales adviser and was not an attempt to overcharge. The quotation provided was based on our established installation pricing policy and has since been independently verified which remains as highly competitive when compared with similar services offered elsewhere.
We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your purchase further and see how we may be able to assist.

At the weekend we attended your branch…
At the weekend we attended your branch at Hyde house The Hyde in Northwest London we were met by Aiden Mendez very nice chap.
We explained to him what we needed and what we had come to look at in the way of a walking running treadmill. The unit he showed us was well-made presentable reasonable cost. Had everything that we needed. And Aidan answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked. Very professional knowledgeable young chap. I would recommend him to others.
