Popped into the store to see what was available.Stephen Bux professionally talked us through the different gym equipment and their benefits,without rushing or pushing us to buy. It's hard to get that type of patient service when you go into a shop these days.

Amazing advice and customer service from Stephen B. at the North London Fitness Superstore. Impressive knowledge and understanding of the products and current market developments (we were looking to replace the Bowflex trainer we bought from the same store 4 years ago!).
Stephen helped us make the right choice for our needs and provided clear guidance on delivery of our new machine. A real pro - most refreshing in a landscape of very shallow technical knowledge (having spoken with competitor stores) or just not being able to discuss options with a knowledgeable human being face-to-face and try the machines. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Stephen and team.

Getting the right gym equipment
I needed some advice on Gym equipment, specifically an exercise bike and bench. Hugh Kelly, the Sales Advisor, asked all the right questions before making any recommendations. He was knowledgeable and certainly did not oversell, and I have purchased, what and I needed, and will very likely purchase other products. I later spoke to a friend who is a very experienced gym user, and without mentioning the brands Hugh suggested, she listed the exact same brands that he did, which is very reassuring.

Good experience dealing with Stephen
This went well. We dealt with Stephen at north London branch who was great- very patient and helpful throughout. The installation guys all good too. We’ve had the home gym for a couple of months now and it’s all working fine no issues. I must say whoever wrote the comms for the installation emails got a bit carried away (!)
- but merely an observation. Overall good experience and I’d come back to Stephen next time.

Great service and expert advice
I had a very good experience at Fitness Superstore in Colindale, North West London. There is plenty of equipment to try out, which makes it much easier to find what is right for you. The store has been there for around eight years, and the two main salesmen are excellent - very knowledgeable, helpful, and always happy to give advice. It is also great that they still take cash, and their opening hours are very convenient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gym equipment.

I had been looking online for a new treadmill for some time, but couldn’t really find one with the combination of features I wanted. So, I visited the Edgware Road store to see the selection properly. Aidan was very helpful, understood my requirements, and showed me several machines that ticked the boxes. I wasn’t ready to buy at the time, but Aidan kept in touch and sent me price updates and advice. Delighted to finally buy the Sole F85. Excellent service all round.
