At the weekend we attended your branch…
At the weekend we attended your branch at Hyde house The Hyde in Northwest London we were met by Aiden Mendez very nice chap.
We explained to him what we needed and what we had come to look at in the way of a walking running treadmill. The unit he showed us was well-made presentable reasonable cost. Had everything that we needed. And Aidan answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked. Very professional knowledgeable young chap. I would recommend him to others.

Happy with our Elliptical Cross Trainer Purchase
Set out to purchase an elliptical cross trainer and had a couple in mind. Stephen (North London Store Manager) helped us choose the right one for us and we ended up buying one which we hadn't even considered but fits our needs perfectly. He was able to offer us a discount which enabled us to proceed with the budget we had in mind. The communication was great and delivery was all organised smoothly.
The only issue was that the delivery company initially refused to bring the machine into the house as we had 1 step (no more than 10 inches into our house). We had to really argue with them that one small step into the house doesn't make it a first floor delivery!!

If you want home exercise equiment, this is the place.
The sales assistant - Matt - was excellent. He understood our requirements and showed us various models of exercise bike to suit, pointing out the pros and cons of each. They have a very good range of equipment on demonstration.
We ended up choosing one, and with the sale and discount, we got a great price. Cheaper than anywhere I could find this model on the Internet!
