Super helpful and friendly staff
I visited Fitness Superstore North London today, looking for a running machine that would suit my needs and space. The sales advisor, Aidan, was most helpful in every way possible. He advised on what he thought would work well and helped me choose the perfect machine. He made every step of buying the machine feel relaxed and easy. When there was a small technical issue with a log in password (on my end) he was patient, supportive and helpful. Because of our experience today with Aidan, we shall be returning for more of our gym equipment needs.

Great customer service by Hugh and Aidan.
Hugh in the first instance was fabulous in terms of his product knowledge, the advantages and disadvantages of the items I was considering. In view of this, I purchased the right items relative to my aspirations and requirements. Aidan at the NL store was equally impressive facilitating the sale through to completion following Hugh’s recommendations which we tested at the NL store.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my treadmill from Fitness Superstore North London. Aidan provided absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I chose the right treadmill for my needs.
The whole transaction was smooth, professional, and completely stressfree. Delivery was arranged quickly and efficiently, and everything went exactly as promised!
I am extremely pleased with my SHUA E7 T399P Folding Treadmill, it looks fantastic, feels very high quality, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
I would highly recommend Fitness Superstore in North London, and especially Aidan, to anyone looking for great equipment backed by outstanding service.
