I’ve had a great experience so far
I’ve had a great experience so far. The advice I received on choosing the right treadmill was excellent and really helped me select the best model for my needs.
The delivery and installation were very easy to arrange, and the communication has been excellent. I was given a convenient 2-hour delivery slot and will receive a phone call to let me know the delivery team will be arriving in around an hour, which has made the whole process straightforward and well organised.
Based on my experience so far, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

Great to test exercise bikes in store & use advice
Thought I knew which exercise bike I wanted from the store website but went into Norwich store to check firsthand. Really honest, helpful advice from sales advisor, John Breen & good to properly test the exercise bikes in store. John suggested I also check out a comparable bike from that I had targeted initially, with better magnetic resistance & commercial gym features. The difference in robustness & feel was measurable & whilst I was fearing some expensive “upselling”, the cost difference was only £10 after current store discount. Decision was easy! Very pleased with the whole sales experience & value for money.
