Thought I knew which exercise bike I wanted from the store website but went into Norwich store to check firsthand. Really honest, helpful advice from sales advisor, John Breen & good to properly test the exercise bikes in store. John suggested I also check out a comparable bike from that I had targeted initially, with better magnetic resistance & commercial gym features. The difference in robustness & feel was measurable & whilst I was fearing some expensive “upselling”, the cost difference was only £10 after current store discount. Decision was easy! Very pleased with the whole sales experience & value for money.

I cannot fault the advice and professional help that I've received from Jordan Pitcher and John at Fitness Superstore, Norwich. I'm a retired widow, not too far off 70 years old and a complete novice when it comes to fitness. I had numerous questions about the benefits of a Recumbent Bike and they were answered right away. No pushing to order, but I had so much confidence in the help I was given that I was keen to ahead and buy one. It was after I had that Jordan checked and found further savings to bring the price down, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was sorted easily and, to my delight, delivery was arranged for three days later. The other company I rang with the same enquiries earlier in the day, kept adding on extra costs for various optional extras and couldn't deliver for two weeks. Thanks, Jordan and John - you guys are the best!!

Attentive service and impartial advice on product options. The first time I went in was to research rowing machines. I chose the WaterRower in the end (which is what I went in to view originally) but they helped me consider and evaluate the pros and cons of several other options available, which was really helpful - and they also price-matched the offer I had found elsewhere.
This time they helped me get a great price on adjustable dumbbells. I initially enquired about an inferior (mid-range) product, but as it turns out the brand leader was on a discount which actually made it cheaper.
Would highly recommend!

I was totally unsure which pieces of equipment to buy as there is a vast choice in this market. We went to pay a visit to the fitness superstore and we were really impressed with the store, the layout and in particular Jordan, the store manager. His knowledge’s of the products was amazing, and he answered every question we had in detail. I would recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing gym equipment to go and give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

The knowledgeable and welcoming of Jordan Pitcher who was helpful to my wife and myself. We wanted to buy a static exercise bike and Jordan showed us several which he thought would be beneficial to our needs. He explained everything about the bike we liked and made sure that it was the right fit for us.
