Not capable of repairing reported broken equiptment
I have been going to Fitnessdk for a couple of years now. And in the beginning is was glad to pay a little extra for a bit more service than at other centers.
But the last 2 years i see that whenever you report a broken machine no action is taken. I play squash at Adelgade for over 2 years and i believe we reported the loose back wall on one of the squash courts during our first game. Now 2 years later they still have not fixed it nor do they seem overly troubled about it. The same goes for some of the treadmills.
