Very good manager in this center
Very lucky of FW has a very good manager in this center. He and another male staff almost is the only one do the great job.
others staff is focusing on chatting with friends around during their duty time, the ladies changing room & bathing area is really messy especially after 5pm. There is no paper always and staffs never check it and they can let it being empty till next morning so the job will manage by others.
FW machine type is really not up-to-date and should really consider upgrade to ensure will able to attract better quality of customers

Toxic and unprofessional staff culture
After trying to give feedback to the staff in FW Herning, I was told that the manager "did not give a damn" about my comments, I decided to report this bad behavior to customer service and in return I got a written warning from FW HR, accusing me of name calling and recording the conversation, which I never did. There is no way to have an honest and impartial mediator, since the manager and the employee are PROTECTING each other, and for all FW member relations team the case is closed and the only valid position is the one from the staff who insulted me, denied it, and falsely accused me of calling her stupid. I can say that in FW the customer is the last priority.
I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment from anybody in the service sector or similar, cancelling my membership is the only way to go :(

They will scam you into owing them money
In September I went in to cancel my gym membership, thinking it was finished. Yet now I receive letters from a debt collector claiming that i have unpaid bills to Fitness World for 3 months (Nov, Dec, Jan) plus interest and fees. It is a total scam. Why should I pay the price for your system or employees not doing your job correctly in documenting a cancellation. When I went to talk to staff at the gym about it, they were completely unhelpful. For now, all I can say is that you should stay far away from this gym which uses shady and greedy tactics to squeeze maximum money from people.

I use Dalgas for both personal training as well as just working out, I love coming there, it's very clean, nice people/atmosphere working there and when I go during the day mostly it's not crowded. Would highly recommend.

1) Broken equipment/treadmills and i ended up ripping my trainer (lucky i didn't break a leg) when it caught whilst i was running. Legal action waiting to happen.
2) Banned my 15 year old for TWO YEARS with no PRIOR warning, because he's brown?? . Admit he was with a few kids who were probably rude to management. I want evidence that HE was an instigator or harassed, or rude to management. and even if we take away the argument of whether he was party to bad behavior or not.... TWO YEARS NATIONWNIDE BAN to a 15 year old kid who has been going there every single day for a year ????? Do you know what that does to a teenager?? Takes away their access to training, routine, puts them in depressive cycles and what does it teach them about honesty and integrity when organisations and their management show none.... i do not believe for a minute the same action would be levied against a blonde/blue eyed danish kid.

I love fitness world
The gym is enormous, the schedule is as convinient as it can be, you've got every machine you would imagine, everything is clean and the price is a bargain. What could you want more? I can't even imagine how they get profitable.

The gym starts to be to crowded
The gym starts to be to crowded. The last time when I was there, after 20 minutes I needed to abandon my training... I know, most of the people are coming to train about 17-18 oclock, and the crowding is normal sometimes, but it starts to be a tendency.. While we're happy that the gym is popular and the machines are being used, I understand that working out in a crowded quickly drains the enjoyment you'd get from training.
Our app has a feature allowing you to see the load in each gym at any given time, and calculates the expected load for the coming days as well, based on the usual peaks and off-peak periods. It's a very useful tool for planning your work outs.
Please don't hesitate to ask the staff at the gym for help, they can show you the feature as well.

Place is great, but...
Place is great. Clean and it's always something good going on here.
3 stars for lights.
It's so dark that it feels like I am in some shady GO GO club (i have never been in such places,Hollywood shows enough)
Going take a shower in FW its like having balls of steel. Dark like hell. You don't know if you will get fresh and clean or sexually abuse.
But that's just my opinion 🙂
