You can always cancel your bookings in the app or through your profile on the website yourself, up to two hours before the class begin. If you fall ill with less than two hours until the class, you are more than welcome to contact Member Service through chat or email, which can be done via the website.

Well, i made a membership online and where they were suppose to save my payment agreement and guess what they didn't. Then they charge me for sending invoice on eboks. That's kinda cheating and i am very disappointed with that. And moreover on website it says `when you register online, it saves the payment agreement itself´

A lot of young people go to this gym and ruin it for the rest of us.
A lot of young people go to this gym, and don't appreciate or follow gym etiquette. Often leaving weights where they use them, don't clean the machines after use and often sit for a long time looking at their phones. The gym is not staffed all the time and so no one tells these children to clean up after themselves.
Otherwise the gym is fine with modern and working machines. It can be a little cramped in some areas where the free weights are used, but this wouldn't be a problem if people were not so entitled and treated it like their personal gym.

The worst experience ever.
The worst experience ever.
After unsubscribing from fitness world after 3 months I have received an invoice from a debt collector. That apparently I did not pay fitness world for 3 months. 3 months I was thinking that I have unsubscribed from them. Debt collector told me that fitness world tried to reach me and that supposedly have send me reminders. I did not receive anything. Now I have to pay the subscription for 3 months which I did not even used and also fees on top of it. I tried to contact fitness world but in the chat app they told me that I need to figure out my problem with debt collector. Debt collector is saying that it is not their problem and that it is my fall not paying invoices which I did not even receive ?! Thank you fitness world for amazing customer experience.

You have the option of canceling your membership in 3 ways, when you cancel your membership you will receive a confirmation by email.
If we are missing payment for a membership, we will send an email and an SMS to the information we have in our system with a payment reminder. If we do not receive payment here, we will send a reminder and that will be the case until it is transferred to the debt collector.
We would of course like to look into the matter, and you are therefore welcome to send an email, to Trustpilot@dk.fitnessworld.com, here you are very welcome to send the confirmation of the termination. Then we take a closer look at it.

Recently I have faced with a bad experience at Fitness world-North Vancouver branch.
The front desk representative didn't talk to me about their plan and cancelation condition or changing the plan and registered me. I think their negative point is that they don't show to their members any documents before signing to review their agreement detail. Specially when there are newcomer like me and make a problem for them when their English listening skill is not perfect. Fortunately my job position have been changed and consequently I don't have a enough time to use classes. Taked them to change my agreement to Move plan or cancel my membership. They said we can not do that. However I had a chance to talk with manager. He said "I understand what you mean but I can't do anything."I insisted him for following up from head office but I have not gotten any answer yet.

Rip you off when you don't want to use their gyms.
When I tried to cancel my membership last month they assured me it would be cancelled but failed to tell me that you have to pay for an additional month AFTER you have cancelled your membership. Its ridiculous.

I'm sorry that you've had a bad experiencing when terminating your membership, and if you feel you weren't informed properly of the terms of termination.
When you sign up for a membership, you sign the terms of membership as well, thus accepting the terms. These can always be read on our website by scrolling to the bottom and pressing "medlemsbetingelser".
In here, the terms of termination is stated, in that the termination of the period is the current month + the following. This means that if your membership is, for instance, terminated in November, it'll end on December 31st.
These terms are signed on sign-up.
