Great gym, I go often
Really like the gym as it has different types of equipment for different styles of workouts. It's close by for me and always open.
The on area for improvement would be the cleanliness of floors in the gym area and locker rooms. It is vacuumed daily but that seems the extend of the cleaning, the floor gets a lot of dirt marks and the weight areas are grimy. The gym equipment, barbells, benches etc... are all very clean though.
Temperature is good and the music loud enough to enjoy if you want and still listen to your own music if you prefer.

The gym is overall good
The gym is overall good, but some things could be better. It is hot inside even during winter but windows can open just on the first floor. There is a lot of equipment but some machines are missing.

I do appreciate the feedback. Some of our gyms do get really hot if they're situated in buildings with heavy insulation. We do have ventilation in all our gyms making sure that the air is fresh and clean constantly, although it may be warm.
Please don't hesitate to contact the staff at the gym regarding the missing equipment. If anything needs repairing they can call a technician to the gym, and if the demand is big enough, they can try to order new items to the gym.

I think "Normalpris for medlemskabet er 349,-/md" is deceiving. I sincerely thought I would get the special price "279," every month if I only started my membership before the date. I was surprised to see 349, taken from my account and cancelled the membership, because I have to travel for work and this is too much to pay for too little time I have. Now I have to pay DKK 349 another two times and I'm feeling I'm being stolen from.

Fitness world ,(You) raised our monthly prices which is ok, but my gym center cancelled classes. This is not fair.
And if i want to put my membership on hold until this issue is resolved am still charged for the hold.
Really not fair keeping in mind the problem is luck of trainers in our center!

I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. Unfortunately there may be classes that are cancelled, we endeavor to find a replacement, unfortunately this is not always the case that it can be found.
In relation to the pause, it is possible to be on pause for 30 days at a time and it costs DKK 29. per pause. As soon as the pause is over, you can always extend the pause again.
You are welcome to write an email to Trustpilot@dk.fitnessworld.com we can then look into the case and help you with either changing the membership or put a pause on the membership if this is wanted.

Fitness world is useless.
Fitness world is useless.
I cancelled My subscription in November (to pay for Nov + Dec) as I moved to Canada in January.
They keep charging me, telling me My cancellation did not went through.
I have been a happy customer for 6 years, but now I hate them!
They are trying to Force me to pay for their mistakes.
Update: after writing this review, contacting their chat, their email and employees on LinkedIn, they FINALLY gave in.
But all in all required a ton of work for them to fix their mistakes
