Terrible membership design, inconsiderate and impractical cancellation/pause policy, storing data in violation with GDPR guidelines and data privacy
Little diversity (let alone difficulty levels) in group classes at the Englandsvej centre. Now you have to pay more to access another centre because the one closest to you has lousy class options, unlike 3 years ago when 3 centres were included in the basic group training price.
If you decide to cancel your membership, you have to wait another damn month, because this insane cancellation policy is a joke. God forbid someone wanted to cancel it right away and not pay money in vain to not go to the gym. So much flexibility and understanding. But wait, they're actually very considerate of their customers. You can pause your membership, but you can only pause it for 2 months max. (first 30 days paying 29 kr and then if you want to extend it for another 30 days max. you need to pay again 29 kr) because otherwise, it's just too much understanding from their side and they would be bleeding money.
Oh, and if you did decide to rejoin after a few years for some stupid reason, you will magically have the same customer number assigned to your account, as if they didn't delete any of your personal data associated with that number, which is a direct violation of GDPR and EU data privacy.
So save your time, nerves, and money and choose a different gym. This one is 100% not worth it.

I’m really sorry to read about your negative experience with us.
The variation of our different classes will be different from gym to gym, and in the summer period with the hot weather, the planning is adjusted to fit the lower demand compared to what we see during the winter, for instance. The difficulty levels for the classes is hard to pin-point, as everyone is welcome. If you feel the class is too hard or too easy, please don’t hesitate to contact the instructor, so you can find a solution.
We do have a termination policy stating that the termination-notice is the current month + the following. This means, that if you for example terminate your membership here in September, it will end on October 31st. You will find that this is the norm for fitness memberships.
You can pause your membership for a maximum of 30 days at a time, for a fee of 29kr. If you wish, you can extend your pause for another 30 days, once your current pause has expired, for another fee of 29kr. There’s no limit to how many times you can extend your pause.
After your membership is terminated, we store your date for three years, in accordance with valid privacy laws, for instance the GDPR. That way, if you do decide to rejoin, you will have your old account with your old info back. You can always request to view what info we have stored regarding your account, and request to have this permanently deleted as well. You can do so via the page “dataanmodning” on our website.

Jeg er ærelig over at høre om rengøringen i dit lokale center, vi ønsker at alle centre lever op til forventningerne så man kan få nogle gode oplevelser og træninger hos os.
I vores centre tilbydes der luftudskiftning. Helt konkret betyder det, at udsugningerne i centrene erstatter den ”gamle” luft med ny luft flere gange i timen - på den måde kommer der hele tiden frisk og ren luft ind i centeret. Den skal selvfølgelig fungere optimalt.

I am waiting for someone to open the gym for more than 30 minutes, there are al least 20 people in the same situation many already have up and went home, it’s the second time it happens in less than 2 months. It’s unbelievable the lack of commitment the employees have in this place.

The onboarding process is traumatic
The onboarding process is traumatic, it seems that the CRM ir ERP platform is very unflexible and there is a lot of confusion in the enrolment process. But afterwards nobody cares about you, the app is not that user friendly and if you do not know anything about the programs and routines then you are competely lost the first day. Nevertheless in general the atmosphere is good.

Via our app you have the option to get a workout routine based on your experience, goals and current level, and it will instruct you on how to do the relevant exercises, as well as how to use the relevant machines. This is a really great option for members new to strenght training. Alternatively, you can purchase sessions with a personal trainer and get personalized guidance and routines, specifically for you.

I received 2 months ago a notice from the collectors agency because these a**holes did not care enough to terminate my account, which obliged me to pay a total of 1000 kr (which I paid and I terminated my account right that second, again, it was done twice ) and right now I still owe this fu*king company 450kr. That's bullsh*t and a scam.
