Couldn’t find a harness that would fit our yorkipoo and be light and comfortable to wear. Found ‘fleece dog harnesses’. Our yorkipoo now has a lovely made to measure fleece harness, that fits lovely with room for adjustment if needed. It’s light, feels lovely and soft and is very well made. Thank you 😊

Rung up to advise product was faulty and not suitable (fit for purpose). Advised tough nothing they can do. Sent an email, reply was ‘spoke to you this morning about this’, tried sending photos and statement from dog trainer, emails have blocked!!!! I have no idea how that happened, you have my phone number why not contact me? I’m still waiting a reply about the items, they are faulty and also you did say I could exchange at an extra cost of £17 plus postage. My query is due to the items being faulty??? If I could put a photo on here I would!

I told you on the phone call on Saturday (when I received the items) the harness is gaping at the front and it was too bulky and my dog is unable to walk when it’s on her. I advised you in an email yesterday (no photos attached at this point so you must have received this email) that the lead clip wasn’t closing correctly and that the double ended lead wasn’t long enough and wasn’t fit for purpose. I asked a dog trainer yesterday what she thought and was shocked about the quality of the products and the faults. I’ve been polite and courteous to you (the same can not be said about your tone and attitude). You say that my emails were blocked due to pornographic images, I find this very difficult to understand and apologise if this is the case, I have not sent these to you and I have forwarded them onto a fraud team to look at. It’s deeply upsetting to read your comment about it and that you feel you have had to put this information on here and not have the decency to advise me personally, you have my mobile number and email address. That’s all I’ve done is ring you up to advise you I’m not happy with the harness and lead and advise you the faults on the items. I have requested an exchange or refund, bearing in mind, I advised you on the day I received the items and yesterday 2 days after also (within 14 days of receiving). I have no other way of contacting you now. I am unable to return the items as you website states not to send them to the address on the website as they may need to be sent back to the manufacturer and the advice is to email you, which I did but now I’m blocked! I seem to have been blocked on Facebook also but I suppose that’s my fault too. Please advise me how I proceed, the items are faulty and I’m in my right either have an exchange or possible a refund?

29/03/21- Can you please tell me how I can start a complaint then. I spoke to trading standards today...they advised me to email you a letter which they helped me comply (so yes I did email you on the advice from trading standards). That’s all I want is a refund as the good you supplied are faulty and not fit for purpose. As a customer I have rights? Why are you going to report me? YOU accused me of sending indecent photos and videos to your email account. I’m trying to get to the bottom of this, I’ve asked my internet and email provider to look into the issues you raised and have forwarded all the information to them, they have referred my case to specialist team and I’m waiting for a reply. I apologised as I did not send these emails and my sent emails prove this, so this is out of my hands but I’m following it up. Just to clarify I haven’t been BANNED from Facebook, I’m unable to contact you via Facebook as you have blocked me from your page. Facebook confirmed that only the business can do this, nothing to do with me or them. You state that since Friday lunchtime I’ve been emailing you, just to clarify, I was working on Friday 26th Match, and did not get home until 4.30pm. I did email you on Friday at 18.49, with my concern and thought I would send you a photo so we could discuss it when I rung you on the Saturday

Back to the reason all this is still ongoing...the goods you provided (ordered on 17th March and delivered on 26th March) are faulty...how to we resolve this? I rung you, I wasn’t happy so then I emailed you to follow it up. And here we are? I’m unable to contact you by email/Facebook or the address on your website.

Joanne was lovely, my phoebe had to get a custom sized harness as we wanted her name on it and phoebe is a custom size and joanne called us within a day of ordering and talked us through how to measure our phoebe and it came exactly when she said it would it is beautiful phoebe has had issues with irritation from other harnesses and I’ve bought so many
But this one is truly amazing quality and it’s beautiful!! Will definitely be ordering more and recommending to everyone ! Thank you Joanne

I brought 2 custom sized harnesses for our 2 year old lab - a fleece harness and a splashy dog harness. We’d had a terrible experience with another brand that had rubbed behind his front legs. Joanne was amazing - explained how to measure him correctly and waited very patiently while I measured a very wriggly Labrador. Harnesses are absolutely perfect and fit beautifully even though he’s very deep chested. No rubbing at all and he’s super happy in them!

Extremely helpful, excellent service. I emailed before Christmas as I was wanting to purchase a puppy harness ready for when my little one could go out. I wanted to leave it as late as possible to avoid growth spurts but also to check christmas and new year opening/manufacturing times. I had a really helpful email from Joanne who said if I ordered between Christmas and New year they would have the harness made and ready for 1st week in Jan for first walk. I also received a reminder email of the Christmas hours.
I phoned to order between Christmas and New year, Joanne was very helpful with measurement advice. My harness arrived 8th Jan, exactly the day we were able to have first walk. It fits perfectly, plenty of growing room and very well made. He's very comfortable and happy wearing his new harness.

Great customer service - Joanne was friendly and helpful when I placed my order over the phone. The harness is well made and fits our dog perfectly. It seems much more comfortable for him than previous harnesses. Best of all it has the front loop which really helps with our Springer's built-in pulling on the lead!

my rehomed collie just loves his new splashy dog harness.I purchased a made to measure fleece harness for him from you a few years ago & people were always asking me where I had got it from. The new one however is even better & he insists on wearing it everyday & (unusually for him !) waits quietly to have it put on. He walks quite majestically when on his matching lead ...for most of the time anyway! It is easy to wash & is quick drying. Just as well, as he rolled in badger poo the other day & it had to be soaked in diluted tomato sauce before being washed! It came through with flying colours! This firm supplies great products

I am now the very proud owner of another of Joanne Spurr's bespoke creations...Yippee! Having purchased 2 harnesses and leads within the past 2 years I opted to go for a third with a dog coat plus an illuminated dog collar Halo....The very warm and friendly and skilled professional Joanne once again ensured that this latest estimating and measuring for a British racing green outdoor coat for my much loved Clumber Spaniel delivered to perfection in a fortnight. The quality of material used complete with breathable lining and secure fasteners makes this coat a real head turner on walks and many '' where did you get that coat from'' remarks and requests. Dog owners '' know'' a quail product when they see one and at such an affordable price too. The illuminated Halo collar is another revelation and I agree with Joanne '' it is quite unlike a number of the run of the mill pretenders whether cheap or expensive '' well designed in concept and looks and has been tested recently in a large downpour and survived with no issues. Our second greyhound harness is great and fits well and is well made. Well worth investing in rather than an off the shelf product which don't fit properly.
