Ordered a dog coat for a rescue Galgo on the 14th. Still not received this order for over £50. Customer service obstructive, rude and unhelpful. Utterly awful company. Will never use again.

I love Fleece Dog Harnessess - they never wear out!!
I have two for my dog and I bought them about 4 years ago. She rolls in all sorts of nasty things and they do not stain and wash and was.
I have just purchased another one so I can have one on, one off and one in the wash.
They are made to a very high standard and as I have a crossbread that isn't a standard size they custom make hers. Also price is very reasonable considering their quality and design.

I was recommended this fleece harness and training lead for my golden retriever for both comfort and to stop him pulling on the lead. We are both so happy with our purchase. Such a well fitting and comfortable, soft harness as well as prompt delivery and training advice. Louie is already heeling much better. Highly recommended.

We have several off-the-peg harnesses that only fit where they touch! We looked for harnesses made in the UK and several companies give misleading information. Thank goodness for Fleece dog harness. Made to measure for our deep chested spaniels they love them and so do we.

So - i have had three dealings with this company and bought four harnesses. Whilst the harnesses are ok - the attitude and customer service from this company is quite frankly dreadful. Two harnesses need a repair but all I wanted was the webbing to do the repair myself. I was met with emails in bold text telling me to call not email as they were too busy and short staffed and then when I complained about their attitude I was met with antagonist and Sarcastic comments . Whilst the product might be ok - there are plenty of orher companies offering similar products with a far better approach to customer service. They have a lot to learn and don’t deserve your business Avoid at all costs!

So after a nightmare with a harness purchased from a well known pet store I ordered a custom fleece harness for our rather lively saluki puppy from Edog. 2 simple measurements taken whilst on the phone to Joanne and a few days later the harness arrived. The quality is superb and unlike any of the ones available on the highstreet. The fleece padding makes for a very comfortable fit whilst the webbing is kept well away from the dogs body. The clips and D rings appear to be high quality and the whole thing feels super sturdy and so easy to put on and take off with there being a clip either side of the main strap which I have not seen on many other harnesses. Joanne was extremely helpful from start to finish and if you need a custom harness for a sighthound I would highly recommend as she clearly has a lot of experience providing super comfortable and safe harnesses for such dogs. It's also worth mentioning that there is plenty of adjustment for a growing dog so these are ideal for puppies as you will get maximum value for money unlike the off the shelf harnesses that just do not compare in any respect.

I got a custom harness for my Lurcher after she chewed two of her previous, poorly fitting ones.
Customer service has been great. So friendly and helpful and the product itself is lovely and well made.

I was looking for a harness that wouldn’t rub my dogs skin. I found these whilst searching and I’m so glad I did. I had to have the harness made to measure but my experience was brilliant they couldn’t have been more helpful. Amazing service and a fantastic harness both owner and dog are extremely satisfied. Definitely recommend that you buy your next harness from them.

I came across this company by accident whilst trawling the Internet for a harness that fitted my Cavalier spaniel securely and comfortably and didn’t rub his thick coat into hard lumps which have to be cut out, which is not much fun for either of us. Joanne was so helpful, she knew in an instant that the size I ordered would not fit and talked me through measuring Harry twice, as I had my fingers under the tape the first time!
The harness arrived on time and is beautifully made, soft but strong, and is easy to put on - once I got it the right way up anyway! We have not been out in it yet but I am expecting admiring glances in the park - for Harry that is!

Ordered a collar, lead and coat for our new puppy. Was great to be able to choose from lovely soft fleeces and love the tartan trims we chose. Our little boy will be the best dressed Chihuahua in town.

Just used my pups new harness today.. fits like a glove! She was so comfy in it. Really well made! Doing measurements over the phone was so easy... dont think i would have found a properly fitting harness anywhere else as Patterdales are a unique shape!

I bought 4 splashy dog harnesses and leads. Measuring was easy over the phone with lots of support and understanding my pups needs. Plenty of room for my younger dogs to grown with the harnesses. Great for swimming and everyday walkies

All harnesses are personally fitted for your dog by giving them a call.
I chose initially the classic fleece harness in green and brown very smart, it was difficult to choose with so many choices of colours. There is a ring across the chest of the harness to guide your dog to heel and the main ring in the centre of the harness across the dogs back. Great control when both rings are used with ease.
My boy Ronnie 38k Golden Retriever 17 month old strong willed and boisterous pup and I am able to walk into town centre will full control over other dogs, children and passers by ... Lovely thick soft lead which doesn’t hurt my hands on full grip and so comfortable for Ronnie’s body ... it doesn’t cut around the girth or across the chest! Very smart... next buy is the Splashy dog design!

Having purchased a Splashy dog harness for my golden retriever Summer, a year ago, We had been waiting for her chocolate lab sister Bonnie to finish growing to order her her very own Splashy Harness!
Good fit for both of them, they deal with swimming really well and despite a lot of washing, they still look like new. Very happy. Thank you

Do not trust this company. We bought a harness which was too big for our dog and sent it back.Joanne said she could not resell it as it was not in its original packaging. She said she could only get half price on ebay for it. So we would have to pay half price for the new one.
So in order for us to get the seize we Wanted we would have to pay half again We did this and the one that arrived came in a clear bag with photocopied instruction and was already set up. Clearly someone had sent it back. And clearly she had not problem selling it to us without the original packaging.
But most worrying was that the “new’ harness is faulty. Despite me sending pictures and details of the fault she insists we damaged it. Her emails are accusatory.
The picture show clearly that this is in fact impossible and the fault can only be in the manufacturing process. My puppy could have been seriously injured. So please be wary. We have paid for one and a half harnesses and have no harness!

I couldn't find a good harness for my sheepdog. There is a lot of literature on how the perfect harness should fit, but most of them on offer don't even get close.
