Flight Centre UK - Flight Centre Brighton Reviews 

A huge thank you to Ben and all the staff at Flight Centre Brighton. I was recently in Australia, flights booked through flight centre. I was due to fly back home early March with Qatar airways, obviously this wasn't going to happen, I contacted flight centre Brighton in UK, spoke with Ben who was amazing, managed to book me on another flight with a different airline, he was so helpful, patient and professional. Any staff I have dealt with i.e. Emily, Chloe, and others, have always been helpful, and listen to what you are looking for. Definitely would recommend them.

This was the only place to help me to get back home from Australia to UK. And the only HUMAN BEING, to actually talk to you and not AI or text. Used this company and lovely lady Nicola in the past to book a flight. So thought of her and emailed her.. she actually emailed me more or less straight away to offer me help to get me home after getting cancelled flights over and over. She went out of her way and beyond to help me get back home with whats going on. She knows am nearodivergent and struggle with stuff . Even on her day off I believe, she emailed me back because I was desperate and she new it. She said " let's get you home. "
She still helps me if i ask about the refund from the airline. She goes above and beyond and is a credit to her company. I cannot Thank this lovely lady enough.

The chaps who dealt with us was very friendly, helpful and did not rush us into a decision. He explained everything clearly and was willing to go over it again if we did not understand what was going on.

Was very worried about booking flights to Australia with the trouble in the middle east. Chloe was extremely helpful. She managed to get us excellent flights. I am sure I was not an easy customer for her but nothing was to much trouble.

This is a big thank you to both of you for making our holiday so enjoyable as is was six flights six hotels and four transfers on the entire trip.
The Holiday finished with four nights in Doha this lasted 15 days due to the war. Both of you were there there to assist us with emails with whatever problems we had.
Now we are homeless cannot recommend you enough, anyone wishing to book a great holiday should contact you in the knowledge that the Flight Centre not only organises your trip but there all the way.
We will be definitely be booking again with them.

Due to the Middle East war I found myself needing to find a replacement flight to get to Australia for my son’s wedding next month. I searched for days then decided to phone a reputable company, ie Flight Centre and did I strike gold. Emily Leaver was a life saver after I told her of my predicament and the importance to me of getting to Perth she wasted no time in finding two great alternatives which we decided on our favourite and now no more stress for any of the wedding party. Very efficient, friendly & flexible

Chloe helped us with our itinerary for our four weeks Greek islands trip.
Once we had planned our itinerary together, we did not have to do anything as Chloe organised it all for us.
The communication was excellent even when we were away.
There was a little glitch regarding transport, however not Chloe’s fault.
This was rectified and all ran smoothly after Chloe sorted this out promptly.
This is the third time we have used this company ,every time, the same continued reassuring good service.
We will be using them again later this year.
We find the team we have used as professional ,friendly and nothing seems too much trouble.

Nicola was very helpful. She looked at all the flight options for us (going to 3 different centres) and went back and forwards with me to make sure we had the best options.

The staff in the Brighton office are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful.i have been dealing with Chloe Hughes for the past few trips and she has been amazing,she helped me get back home this time after an emergency with excellent efficiency and great communication.im a very seasoned traveller and have been using flight centre for decades.chloe and her companions are proper travellers,that's what makes the difference for me, don't change a thing .warmest regards.gordon Craig

Ben is a fantastic travel agent, so knowledgeable and patient with any requests or queries I had….and I had a few. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt a lot less anxious about my so sons world trip after speaking to Ben who got us great flights, at great prices with the added security of booking with Flight Centre. I have already recommended them to friends and would 100% use them again.

We have recently got back from a 5 week “round the world” adventure, all booked through Chloe Hughes and Matt Batchelor at Flight Centre in Brighton.
Both were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We spent many hours across three days honing our plans; they were unfailingly supportive, making useful suggestions and using their experience to help us make decisions about where to stay, for example when it was good to be near the centre and when it made sense to stay near an airport.
In the spirit of providing constructive criticism as well, we were able to get better rates for car hire separately on line (this was in connection with avoiding “one way” fees in New Zealand, which we were able to do by shopping around).
In summary, I would definitely recommend this team and we would have no hesitation in using them again.

Chloe is an absolute star! She really knows her stuff and is helpful and efficient. A joy to work with! All the other staff at Flight Centre were equally helpful when she was off duty. A great team of people

I recently needed to change our flights from Australia to New Zealand due to a sudden change in family circumstances. It was a stressful time and I kept going back and forth on my options, but Ryan (Brighton branch) was incredibly patient throughout. He talked me through different choices, gave me time to decide, and made the whole process much easier. I really appreciated his support and professionalism.

Nicola Pellis was fantastic! Within a few hours of our call she had a range of options and our whole trip was booked within 2 days. This is the second time we have used Flight Centre for a multi destination holiday and I cannot recommend more highly. Excellent service!
