This was one of the easiest and best booking experiences I’ve ever had and I just can’t rate Mark highly enough. I wanted flexibility with my flight and it became a little complex. Mark has so much knowledge that he knew exactly what I needed and made the experience fun and enjoyable. I will definitely use this company again.

I normally book flights myself online and thought that I knew how to find cheap good deals, but I was nowhere near what Ben found. His calm confidence and years of expertise found me the perfect flight with a short layover, good airline and amazing price. The flight is a one way ticket to Australia which is a big deal, but booking through Ben has made it stress free and stopped any anxiety. Couldn’t recommend more I have told all my friends!

Mark Lawrence helped me book my International flight. He was patient and diligent in ensuring I had the right flight within my specifications and there was ample time during transits to minimise the risk of missing connecting flights. He emailed me after the trip to see if the flight went smoothly and seeking feedback on how he could improve his service for the future. Overall, excellent service and I would recommend Flight Centre to anyone.

Always very friendly, professional and efficient. We have been booking with Rachel for some years now and it has always been trouble free and within a couple of days all booked and completed. Rachel has always found us good deals. As two retirees she has been our help and taken all the stress out of the whole procedure.
We will continue to use her, for as long as we are now able to travel.

Mark was excellent, very efficient and sorted our holiday out to SA with a good price. Always called back ASAP when I had queries.

We have just planned our Round The World trip for next year with Mark Lawerence. He made us feel very welcome and at ease from the start. He basically has sorted everything out for us and kept us in the loop.

Ryan McDonald made getting flight bookings really simple and easy (international and internal) for myself and my husband and then later when we joined by my sister in law. He's friendly, professional and efficient, even when we changed our minds on travel dates! The team were also excellent when we got stuck in Cairns due to a cyclone. Highly recommended for great service and a decent price too.

Just booked a great trip, with loads of help from Ben Hogan. This is the second trip that he's helped me to sort out, both with multiple stopovers. So knowledgeable about all the possible flight combinations, and he manages to make all the complex arrangements seem simple! Much appreciated.

Just booked a holiday to Japan and found it such an easy experience. I handed some basic ideas to Mark who came back with a superb itinerary. He worked with our preferences and budget to get the most from our experience. He's really knowledgeable about what Japan has to offer for all tastes. It's certainly not a holiday I'd attempt to organise myself. I'd thoroughly recommend!

He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has a great attention to detail.
The best compliment we can pay him is that we feel so totally confident in his ability to look after our travel requirements year after year that we ask for him to deal with our multi weeks and multi flight trips each time.
