I have booked my flights and trips with imogen at flight center, and have always received expert service. Very knowledgeable help.

Nicole was brilliant both in organising the flights and answering a range of queries on my part. Excellent support and professionalism.

Amidst the disruption caused by current events in the Middle East, the wonderful staff at flight centre located and booked some flights to New Zealand at short notice and then, following a last minute issue, organised their cancellation. They arranged a refund subject to their usual terms and this was credited in due course. All done with courtesy, efficiency and patience. I will be re-booking with them soon.

Brilliant from start to coming back from our trip. Due to the situation in the Middle East we were not sure if we would be able to travel. Saleha was on the end of the phone happy to answer questions and helped us with our decision making. Changing our flights, taking the hassle out of it for us meaning we got to go on our trip. Jamie was attentive to my requests and ideas from the moment I submitted the web enquiry. He communicated in a very friendly manner, nothing was to much trouble for him and he provided information and quotes in a way which was very easy to understand and compare. He was willing to tweak dates/times and look for other options and combinations without any fuss. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I travel to New Zealand every year and always go through the flight centre to book. I have dealt with Imogen for the last few years she is fantastic she books it all for me and books the seats I want and sends me any links that I need for visas etc. Imogen takes all the stress out of booking to travel half way round the world I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else as she goes above and beyond, excellence customer service, thank you Imogen😊

We’d like to commend the team at Flight Centre, Monument, and in particularly Josie with without whom we would probably still be stranded in Sri Lanka! Our flight home was cancelled by the airline two hours before we were due to go to the airport in the first day of the conflict in the Middle East. Josie and team were brilliant with communication throughout, even when subsequent flights were also cancelled. Josie worked tirelessly to find another flight home for us, including working well beyond her normal office hours. We felt supported and confident that she would find a way home for us which she did. We book a lot of flights and will always use flight centre for our trips. They have the most superb customer care!

I want to thank Saleha Begum so very much for all her support and assistance getting me through this awful time with the Dubai flights being cancelled. And now finally we are off to oz Sunday 🤞

I haven't used flight centre for a few years but I wanted a travel agent to help me find and book flights for a big trip. I'm so thrilled I did! Saleha has been increidble; sending so many options, keeping me up to date on flight status during this latest global crisis, and generally being such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended, and I'll be coming back for all future flights.
