This time Saleha went out of her way to arrange a complicated journey to China for me and my wife at a reasonable price. She did a really good job indeed. I will not use any other travel agency. Jamie from Flight Centre booked flights for my son and his friend to fly to New Zealand via San Francisco and Honolulu. Included was a transfer and overnight accommodation in Auckland before a flight to Queenstown the next day. The process to check in online for each flight was smooth. All flights were on time. Price was good. Nice to know two 18 year olds were in safe hands.

Our experience with Imogen Altmann has been excellent. We have used Imogen for a few trips, and when an issue arose regarding a delay of 48 hours due to airline operational difficulties, Imogen was informative, supportive, and secured compensation. At times when issues occur, the service you receive tells you if the company and their individuals are willing to go the extra mile.

Looking to book Flights to Australia, without making an appointment, I called by the Flight Center located Monument London. I was greeted by a delightful travel agent Saleha Begum who from the onset made me feel very welcome, comfortable offering refreshment. Saleha took time to listen to gain insight to my plans to ensure she had all the details before checking options for travel. Although nothing was booked at that time, I left with held options to consider. Salehas follow on business was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for her to investigate alternative options, pose questions, confirm areas, all to ensure that the best possible arrangements for a family trip to Australia was met.
