No complaints
No complaints, helpful, supportive and willing to amend errors at no extra cost, irrespective of who is responsible, (usually me!). Reasonably good value in most instances although the price of a plan for larger properties can ratchet up quickly as a result of the standard price structure. Nevertheless, I would fully recommend to potential users.

Sloppy Q/C. You need to go over returned Floor Plans with a fine tooth comb. They frequently ignore notes and preference profile. Up until recently they were very good about turnaround, but even that failed. If you have discerning clients with a tight deadline schedule... be wary.

We are very sorry to hear you are not completely happy with the service we provide, as we take great pride in the quality of the plans, photos and service we offer. As you can see from our other reviews and the testimonials on our website the general consensus is that the service is excellent. We have a strict QC process which we follow for all clients without fail, I am sorry if you feel this has not been followed for your plans, however I can assure you it has. I believe the confusion must be related to interpreting your sketches which I can only apologise for and we will try to better understand the sketches you supply moving forwards.
We provide a next working day service without fail and often complete jobs more quickly on the same working day. I am not aware of any downtime or lapses in this service commitment and hence I wonder if the confusion could relate to the time difference? Your New York office is 10.5 hours behind our production office in Sri Lanka, this means your plans are returned to you before you get to the office each morning, however, if you submit any amendments after 10am New York time they will not be processed until the production office opens several hours later. With this in mind, if you submit amendments after 8am NY time please be sure to cc Head Office and we will make the changes for you if the drawing office has finished for the day.
