JPA Commercial undertake many suveys of commercial properties on an annual basis and few have floor plans in existence.
So long as our measurements are accurate, we have found FloorplansUsketch invaluable for our business, providing excellent floor plans for our own reference and that of our clients.
Rarely do we need to resubmit plans for further amendments and then most times this is due to our instructions not being as clear as they could be.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

Great service with a quick turn around!
I've been using their service for about 3 years now and they always deliver my plans back in good time, accurately drawn and to a high standard. They are always responsive when I need amendments making and even accommodate jobs I need last minute. They are a great service I would recommend.

Lottie and the Team have been a huge help to me over the past couple months from the very get go, they have displayed full marks on there customer service, we have had some very difficult owners and some requests have been an absolute nightmare but with such as great team, these were resolved quickly and effeciently.

The only fault would be that I was …clearer pricing
The only fault would be that I was quoted a price and told that I could have as many amendments as I lined. In fact, these were are charged for. The resultant bill was reasonable, but this should be more explicitly stated, I feel.
Otherwise, the service and promptness was absolutely excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to both recommend and use these guys again!

If your property is over 2,000 sq ft you are charged per sq ft thereafter 2,000 sq ft. As your order was over 2,000 sq ft the additional fee is to cover the additional sq ft. To check a breakdown cost of each order you can log into your account, click on the total of an order and a breakdown page will appear to confirm any addiotnal costing and where this has come from. Apologies if this is not clear enough on the outset. Please do call us if you’d like further information.

All in all a very good service
All in all a very good service. Photos are done in a timely fashion and often a very quick turn around. Just occasionally when we ask for a bright blue sky it comes back as normal with clouds which isn't what we asked for.
