We thought we'd booked virgin flights with Florida for less 18 months in advance. A few weeks before our holiday they switched us to Thomas Cook flights despite our protests. When Thomas Cook went bust they cancelled our holiday of a lifetime and offered no help or advice.
Be aware when booking they may change your flights without any good reason.
Avoid!

We were notified of a change to the carrier by the operator 6 weeks prior to the customer’s departure date. Whilst changes such as these are very rare our booking terms and conditions reflect the terms of the tour operators which cover changes such as this and we notified the party as soon as we were made aware. Alternative flights and compensation were offered to the customer which were accepted. Unfortunately, the Thomas Cook Group of companies then collapsed and we were unable to find suitable alternative travel arrangements. We were available and in contact with all our customers at this time to assist and offer advice. All customers who were booked on a Thomas Cook flight are able to claim a full refund as all our holidays are ATOL protected, information on this process has been provided to all customers. Florida4less is an independent limited company, we are now members of the Mid Counties Co-Operative Travel consortium, ABTA number P7522, ATOL number 6053.

Godsend.
Got me a Florida holiday when BA cancelled mine 12 hours before flying. As soon as the booking was confirmed, they called to offer help should I need it. Were so helpful and efficient. Booked with them twice before. Will definitely book with them again.

This is the first time I have booked with Florida4less. I would certainly use them again. We had an awful time recently when we originally booked with Thomas Cook as there was a whole mess made due to hurricane Dorian and our holiday party of 13 adults and 1 infant were left with no holiday 1 day before our scheduled holiday, we contacted numerous companies to try an get us all booked for Florida later on in the week and the only company who managed to do this was florida4less. We spoke to John who was very helpful and made it possible for us to have our long awaited holiday. So I would like to say thank you to John and florida4less.

When trying to book on-line I was having a few issues but someone rang me and in fact booked the holiday for me and then rang me back to confirm that it had all been done and that confirmation had been sent to me by e-mail. I have also e-mailed them with a question and got an answer back from them in less than 20 minutes - very impressive.
The only criticism I have is that their website is very slow in responding to search requests and it becomes very frustrating as it then tends to take "on a mind of its own".
But very impressed, would definitely recommend

Absolutely amazing service. Informative, really good prices and a really friendly service. We booked last year for our first holiday as a family and it was perfect and we booked again with these guys only 2 weeks ago to go back again and will continue to do so. Cannot fault the service given.

Very helpful staff, but website needs fine tuning
Very helpful staff gave advice on a couple of phone calls without pressuring for a booking. However when we came to book online it was all very easy. Only thing I say could be improved is the search by property name. It often does not include what you have asked for so you have to scroll through everything again. Likewise when you are searching through, and you view a property’s details, it would be better to rejoin your search results where you left - instead of having to start from the beginning every time. All that said, I would still recommend Florida4Less to others - and indeed have already done so!

Fantastic service
Martin who dealt with our holiday was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble and his helpfulness outstanding. He helped us plan a holiday to Florida for 16 of us and took all the stress and worry out of it. We did everything through this company including flights, villa, cars and tickets and cannot recommend them enough.
