IT'S A VERY BAD WAY TO DEDUCT 50 PERCENT OF THE AMOUNT EVEN IF A PERSON WANTS TO CANCEL HIS/HER TICKET BEFORE 1 MONTH FROM TRAVELLING. IT SHOULD BE 100 PERCENT REFUNDED EVEN 1 WEEK BEFORE. I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE.

When a booking is cancelled, we always check what refunds are possible according to the airline's terms and conditions and for any additional booked options. Depending on the fare, it is possible that the full amount will not be refunded.
