Good service
The company refused to pay the compensation of my delayed fight. They said they have given me a hotel during the day when I lost my connecting flight due to delayed in the previous flight. Then gave the case to Flyforsinkelse and they manage to get the compensation after a year - which I thing fair enough because the response from the flight company is very slow

Quality and Excellence in short
We experienced a horrible return trip from NYC(JFK) to CPH - delayed from 2230 to 0545. Norwegian were extremely unprofessional. Anyway. I filed a complaint to Norwegian - which lawyers returned a 80/20 standard letter - adding some understanding ... I then contacted "flyforsinkelse.dk" - and we received the max penalties each + interest rates.
I am usually good in complaining - but the airline industry is big business - I am glad for - and will at any given point in time - use "flyforsinkelse.dk" again.
