Great experience from start to finish, helpful & professional

Had a really great time doing this. Scott the team leader was brilliant. Looked after us, took loads of great photos and videos. It’s such a laugh and a good work out. Prepare to laugh, get competitive, and ache for days afterwards!

Quick response to my inquiry. Any questions and alterations I wanted were met. Kids had an amazing birthday party, thank you very much. Haider did a great job running the party.

I’ve given this 5-stars because, to be honest, there were no complaints from us. The venue was about 20 minutes away from Central Cardiff (be aware this might take longer though if events or the rugby is on at the local stadium. And it was very easy to get to. The start was pushed back an hour so they could get a replacement coach. That isn’t a complaint as these things happen & it wasn’t a problem for us. We arrived & a quick ‘sign-in’ of names was done without fuss. There were adequate changing rooms & showers. Lockers too if needed. All the kit was set up ready. The chap who took us ( Lee, I think ) was ace! Very friendly, well organised & the whole thing was a good laugh! We should’ve had a minimum of 10 blokes for a stag but we ended up with 6 but it wasn’t a problem at all. I remember one previous review, someone said about the Zorb balls had a funny smell but this wasn’t the case for us. All clean & in good nick. We did the football MayHem which was great but generally I think we all enjoyed the Combat Archery a little more. I was aching from laughing so much. I’d recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a good fun team-building game.

As the maid of honour for my best friend, I wanted something different and fun. Red Cactus Events put me in touch with FootballZorbing.co.uk, who delivered a really engaging and hilarious zorb event. It was perfect for breaking the ice among guests who didn’t know each other well, and the hosts were fantastic, making sure the bride-to-be was well looked after during the hilarious games. Red Cactus Events were also excellent with communication and were happy to answer any questions I had about the event. I would highly recommend both companies!

We had the best time !! The person animating the activity was super nice and patient with us, he made sure everyone was having fun !

The event itself was great fun but there could have been better communication prior to the event and organisation at the event. Maybe an extra zorbing person to go through paperwork and give some guidance. It was an excellent party and the boys had a great time.

Amazing fun and active experience with super nice, professional and kind coaches who know how to keep the fun. It's exhausting and just so fun for all ages. Belly laughs.

Kids LOVED zorbing! Coach Jesse was excellent at keeping the boys engaged! James and Helen organised it perfectly in a short time frame. Highly recommend!!

Had a great time with dodgeball at the Manchester Central Powerleague - easy to organise with Red Cactus Events and well run on the day.

Mark was a great host and we all had an amazing time! More tiring than you think!

This was our first time doing bubblemayhem and using footballzorbing. The comms and booking process was great with good response time. On the day the coach was ready for action , nice and relaxed. The kids were super excited and he managed to rein them in when necessary for the safety briefing and switching activity. My only recommendation instead of asking them what they want to do next just give two options for the next game and they can vote! Keeps it moving with less room for debate between the kids! They did have an absolute blast and as advised they were suitably exhausted at the end! The venue at super soccer was great, space for parking and vending machines for extra water! The birthday boy loved it especially the kick around before and after on the pitch.

The overall experience was great and enjoyable but the provision was not so great. The bubbles themselves smelt bad and this was shocking that they hadn't been cleaned and made to smell nice for the price!
The time given is plenty and the venue was child friendly for watching. The host was professional and friendly enough, however while we were watching she decided to deflate the unused bubbles with a very noisy machine turned on whilst we were talking, not great.
Also the host didn't make sure the children using other pitches kept their distance as they were watching and for the price again you want it to be just your party not running around near so to have the public used spaces further from the paying bubble spaces would work better.

I would recommend this activity but perhaps at a different venue if the above doesn't improve.

We have booked Football Zorbing through this site to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. What we ended up getting was a birthday girl in tears, 16 disappointed friends and 2 highly embarrassed parents.

To cut a long story short: the host called us 45min before starting time to say the she’s coming from outside London and will be delayed. Then just before teh start she called to tell us that her car broke down and she won’t be able to make at all. When I tried to call the office to arrange for a substitute, there was no reply. The one number I was given to call was as helpful as a parking warden. The only response was “I’m sorry, but there is no one else who can come out due to the England football game tonight”. And then she rudely hung up on me. That was it. Good luck with explaining to the gathered kids that the party was cancelled ..

On Monday I spoke with the Customer Rep from Red Cactus Events, who seem to be the company behind this website. All she could do was to say that the activity was subcontracted to another company (Excel Activity Group), who did not deliver to expectations. Really? Where is back-up plan for cases like that? Emergency numbers to call? Etc etc … Yes, they did reimburse the full fee, but that is the minimum one would expect. No other compensation or offers to make it good.

Overall, a shoddy service focused on collecting money first but not delivering customer service …

Lastly, here are a few words from the affected child herself (she insisted):

This footballzorbing brand is the worst ever so if you do book a session get ready for them to throw in a reason for it to be cancelled. If I was the boss of the brand I would sack all of them. Only good thing was that it was very quick to get money back. But over all this brand is very unreliable so DO NOT book with this brand

We hired Bubble Zorbing for our youth club and had a fantastic evening with children from 9-18 years of age. They played a variety of games and everyone got involved. Aiman, our leader, was great with the kids and led the session really well. It poured down with rain but this did not spoil the enjoyment!

The events were amazing and my whole party had a great time. Cindy was a great host and made sure we all enjoyed it and catered to how we wanted the events to go. 10/10!

Phenomenal event … simple set up and the team thoroughly enjoyed it. Simple instructions and well led overall

We recently did a dodgeball experience for a stag do as the groom absolutely loved the film. It was really well organised and great fun and managed to clear any hangovers before getting back drinking. Loads of different games and the organiser was great with all of us and gave us choice of games before we started, so it would be tailored for what we wanted.
