Great Party, but
The zorbing party was brilliant, the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and Neil was great at keeping the games flowing with regular water breaks as it was very warm. The organisation before the event is why I have only put 4 stars, as it took a very long time to confirm the venue and I didn't get confirmation before the event clarifying if it would be indoors or out.

Very easy going staff who were friendly and helpful. We were a group of 15 mates on a stag-do. We did last man standing, zorb football and also the dodgeball
I really enjoyed it and most had a laugh (minus one minor tweaked ankle).
Only improvements I could suggest would be making the venue addresses easier to find online (just for planning purposes) and (subject to venue) maybe better access to refreshments.
Ideas for additional games - human skittles?

SO much fun with a group of friends!
We had a great time during the zorbfootball experience. The guy running it was great fun, really let us get on with the games and running around. It is exhausting but a great experience - highly recommend it. I give 5 stars but the only thing that let us down was the weather - it rained through some of it, not much you can do as it is an outdoor activity in England, but we bashed through and got soaked, and it was still a huge highlight! Even got recommended when to take videos of the fun bits! Definitely do this if you have the chance!

So much fun!
Really easy booking from the start, and Charlie and Max were fantastic on the day. They got everyone really excited and kept things moving with different game variations. Also they adapted things to suit the group - so everyone had a great time.

So I’ve booked Football Zorbing for a stag party, including combat archery. We had a great instructor called Liam who made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. He was just a great instructor, he gave a fantastic safety brief and made sure the whole experience was good for the senior chaps as well. We all went away feeling extremely exhausted and had a great time and the combat archery was extremely good fun and as well. I would deafly recommend doing this party again. I can’t speak highly enough of Liam top bloke and talk instructor.

Excellent activity suitable to all
First of all the company was unable to find our venue so we started late. Despite that the event was a great success. Due to him being late he said he wasn’t in a rush to leave. So each group had plenty of time and the boys had a fab time. I put our pictures on our web page and more football coaches have enquired. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and so friendly I will definitely give you top marks !

Planned Zorb Football for 16 people
Planned Zorb Football for 16 people. Arrived to a guy saying we had planned Multiple Sports.
Requested a refund and to be given compensation for Taxis wich cost us £60. The refund has been sent 4 days after telling me we also have to wait a week to get it after it has been sent. This was after making 4 phone calls and 3 emails. Also they refused to give any money towards our travel. So basically we spent £60 on taxis and 2 cars work of petrol money and on top of a waisted 2 hours of our day which was a stag doo due to waisted travel all for nothing other than a waist of time.

We do apologise for the error with the incorrect equipment being brought along to your event, I can appreciate how disappointing and frustrating this would have been.
Our Office is closed during weekends, and therefore with the bank holiday also we were not made aware of the issue until the office opened, so your refund was processed at the first opportunity. The money leaves our bank immediately however how long this then takens to land yourside does depend on the receiving bank.
As we had offered an activity albeit not the one you had booked, we would not be in a position to provide compensation.

Zorb mayhem
Booking process was easy, was sent an event pack the week before the event outlining everything we needed to know. On arrival everything was set up for us ready to use. The instructor, who was a great guy gave us a safety brief then set up some games for us. Would 100% recommend these guys and will use again. Great afternoon!

Great experience all round. We did a 15-person zorb football session in st Albans.
The booking process was easy and the person I was dealing with in the booking team (Chloe) reachable for questions. I was a tiny bit nervous after paying the full amount because didn't receive a confirmation email from the company themselves - they do say that you get confirmation/the "event pack" a week before or something (which did indeed arrive), and my little payment website was updated, but I just wanted an extra confirmation email from them to say "it has all gone through and we have received your money." Perhaps my fault though as I'm a slightly nervous shopper. I'm sure if I'd have called they would have answered and told me all was fine.
On the day the guy (Shedrack) was there early/on time, really nice chilled guy, the zorb bubbles all in good condition, the pitch they had rented at st albans perfect for the event (quite a large grass pitch with no-one around so we could just hang out as a group). Shedrack arranged a few games and occasionally encouraged us to keep running - v tiring game. He stopped us 10 mins before the end to have time to deflate balls and get off the pitch, which was fair enough and we'd all had enough, but worth bearing in mind if you're a huge group that 1hr is actually 50 mins.
It was not cheap but in the ball park for a stag do activity. I think all the party had a great time and I'd recommend.

I am sorry to hear you only had a 50 minute event, that certainly should not have been the case, this certainly should have been a 60 minute event so I shall certainly feed this back.
In terms of the booking confirmations, we did sent one on the 10th March to confirm your booking and then the event pack on 18th April. I am not sure if you were referring to a confirmation of final balance payment, which would have been confirmed on your booking page.

Do not book through this company!
Having planned zorbing through this company for a friend's stag do, we were all very disappointed when the zorbing activity didn't happen. We drove to the address but no one was waiting for us. I called three emergency numbers provided, two were not valid numbers and one went to voicemail. We sat around calling and emailing any contact we could find but didn't get a reply for two days. A very poor effort, I would not recommend.

I can absolutely appreciate how frustrating and disappointing this was. We were completely let down by the event coordinator on the day. Contact had been made on several occassions to confirm this booking with them.
We are getting the phone lines checked for the landline provided, however the mobile number was the event coordinators direct no, and should have been answered so I can only apologise.
Our sales office is closed at weekends, with emergency contacts (usually) in place so the team did respond at the first opportunity on Monday and a full refund issued as it should.

Great fun for a hen do
Great fun for a hen do! Easy to book through the website and I was contacted a few days before the event with all the details. The location in York was easy to find with lots of parking. Our zorb coach was great fun and helped us make the most out the zorbs. All quite sore the next day - those zorbs are heavy!
Would have enjoyed some other games that didn’t involve bulldogs but that may have been above our level anyway haha
