I took 11 men to play bubble football for a stag do In Dublin… it was great!! The heavens opened and we all got soaked but it made it even more crazy! Good company to deal with and good communication via email. 😊

Despite being quite hungover
Despite being quite hungover, we had a thoroughly enjoyable time bashing each other round in inflatable balls. My only feedback would be an option for shorter pitches for the smaller and more unfit groups, such as ourselves. Our guide also made a super goalkeeper!

Overall fun experience
We had so much fun and games were very good, Harry was nice and helpful. However, the pitch was horrible, dangerous (very slippery) and balls smelled.

Great Stag Do Activity
The whole process was handled extremely well, all we had to do was send over the payments and the organisers sorted everything! The staff were all extremely pleasant and the zorbing was so entertaining! Would love to do it again!

Simply fabulous
What a fabulous, well organised event! We used them for our son’s 10th birthday party, and it was the best party ever according to the kids. Aaron was amazing with them all, and made sure they all had fun (but also safely). Will definitely use again.

We booked this football zorbing for our U12's football team. They loved it! It was brilliant fun and Hannah, our coordinator, was patient and really good with the boys.
We all laughed a lot!! I'd highly recommend zorbing.

Very expensive for what we got
Booking experience was fine and Emily was very responsive and helpful. Although there was no explanation in advance that after picking a start time there would be a £25 fee to change it. This was annoying as you then get told to turn up 15 mins before the start time you pick.
The actual experience was underwhelming. The guy turned up 5 mins before the start of the party and still had to blow up the zorbs. He didn’t bring a football even though it was supposed to be a football zorbing party. Thankfully we had brought our own. 2 out of the 10 zorbs had punctures so couldn’t be used. Very expensive party for what we got.

I am so pleased to hear you had a fantastic booking experience with Emily. The admin free is stated in our T&Cs, however this would have been £15 rather £25, although I understand there was no amend to your booking in the end. This is chargeable as it does add additional admin time for the team contacting venues, amending bookings, diaries etc once everything had already been booked in.
I am sorry to hear of issues that were experienced on the event day, we can certainly investigate this further if you wouldn't mind contacting the office.
My apologies again for your experience and hope we can look to resolve this for you.

I am so very sorry the event did not take place as planned.
As you should already be aware, unfortunately access to the football zorbing equipment had been blocked at the venue by scaffolding, something which was fully out of the control of Active Giggles and the female coordinator you had repeatedly shouted at on the event day. Although we fully appreciate the event was not going at all to plan, we do not tolerate such abuse to our staff, despite this everything was done to the best of efforts to ensure an event could go ahead.
After trying and failing to retrieve the equipment, the coordinator called management in an attempt to find a work around, I therefore understand it that the group played an hour of football there and then, you were also refunded in full there and then via Transfer with the bank details provided to Joss over the phone and furthermore offered a party the following day completely free of charge also.
I do fully appreciate the whole occurrence was very frustrating & disappointing, and sadly you did not receive what you had anticipated, however I do feel as if the efforts made to counteract this, far out way the very rude behaviour displayed to staff from yourself and the claim to have not received your refund is sadly untrue.

Price Scammers
Booked on-line. Then at the location we learn the cost to book is half what Zorbing UK charged. Making a commission is fine, but this is extortionate Be aware, no respect for customers, just looking for a fast buck.

Poor customer service but the kids enjoyed it
The host didn’t seem very engaged he didn’t come to speak to us (parents) before the event, the safety forms we were requested to complete were not collected, the host focused the party on the wrong child! (which I had to quickly go over to correct), a few of the inflatables were deflating and a child bumped their head and it ended abruptly without a ‘thanks for coming to the party’ or singing happy birthday.
Kids enjoyed most of the party but I personally find it hard to accept not even knowing who the party was meant to be for

As your disappointment hasn't been reported directly to our head office, & your review has been written under an alias, we have not been able to investigate this further at this stage. We are very happy to do so if you are able to make contact direct.
As we are only the sporting activity provider rather than the facilitator of full birthday parties, we never do expect our event coordinators to sing Happy Birthday to a group, and of course the event coordinator would only be able to recognise the birthday boy if pointed out in the first place.
We are very happy to look into the other matters however as mentioned, and we are sorry your experience wasn't as hoped. However I am also glad to hear the children had a great time.

Amazing fun - Highly recommended
Amazing fun, the organiser was there on time as well and gave us all the information we needed and the direction when playing games. One detail I had not noticed from start is that you only get 10 bubbles regardless of number of players. This turned out not a problem as it was way more tiring than we thought and people were happy to rotate.

Had a fab time zorbing at Blackpool

SO much fun!
Highly recommend this activity! I hired them for my friends hen do and it was so much fun. What was even better is that they bought the bubbles to us. I was in conversation with the organisers before and we decided we didn’t want to travel to a venue as we had such a big garden with the place we rented out. They were so accommodating as when they checked the size of the area, they were more than happy to come to us. The games were so much fun and both the two people running it made it entertaining and competitive with games against teams! Would definitely use these guys again. Thank you so much 😊

The activity was a great hit with the clients and the host on the day Paul O'Brian was absolutely fantastic. He made the event even better with his enthusiasm.
