My son bought a ford fiesta from here and they were very honest with us when viewing and made sure the car had any mot advisories done and valeted before we collected 😁 very happy

Ford fiesta 61 plate Wing mirror

Made the order Monday 17th at around 4PM assuming it was shipped the next day and received Thursday 20th Lady on the phone was very helpful,

Food for thought: correct me if I’m wrong as this could’ve been a fault of my own- something to ease future customers maybe implement a confirmation email, as I found you guys through breaker link I’m not too sure if I received one 🙂

Hi there yes if you bought the item through the breakerlink website you will have had a confirmation email and a despatch email. We also use DHL and supply them all the details you give us so if you supplied your mobile contact number then you should have had upto date text messages from dhl, its was listed a 2-3 working days delivery time frame and was delivered in that frame as you ordered it after 1pm on the Monday it was shipped Tuesday on 48 hour service regards Ross thanks for your order and your review hope to deal with you again regards Ross

Extremely rude unprofessional, unreal to deal with.

I purchased a gearbox from Ford Bits on February 13th, expecting delivery in 2–3 working days. After multiple calls, they admitted the courier "lost" it but never provided tracking details or proof it was sent. The owner, Ross Bullough, was rude and hung up on me when I asked for answers.

I requested a refund on February 23rd. After multiple emails promising repayment in 7, then 14 days, then by March 8th (still nothing), I finally got my money back on March 17th. Even then, Ford Bits never confirmed it—I only found out when First Choice forwarded me their payment email.

Terrible service, rude owner, and zero professionalism. Wish I’d read reviews first—avoid at all costs!

Yet again another half story, yes I was rude to you and eventually hung up, but let’s tell them why, I took the phone of my 56 years old receptionist who you had been give abuse to over the phone for 5 mins and she was getting upset, I tried to talk to you but you carrried on ranting, I warned you I would put the phone down and I did, I right way emailed you and vat a load of verbal back on there to, that’s why I was rude and hung up

The gearbox was bought and paid for on the site was an estimated 2-3 working days delivery I highlight estimated and working days (weekends are not classed as working days) the gear box was shipped 2 days after you paid and it was marked as shipped on the site, the company we use for pallet shipping does not have online tracking (as most do not it’s not like normal courier services) and we are most certainly not Amazon and offer next day delivery, we tried to explain this you you but you work in customer services as you kept telling us and did not believe it and did not trust us, and wanted a refund right away or you where leaving bad reviews. I told you a refund will be paid back to you the same way it was paid and by law we have 14 days from the request. Which it was done it’s not our fault you did not know it had been done it was only when you contacted 1st choice they told you it had been done. And had been in your account over 4 days yet you’re still angry with us.

We do our best and again some times our best is not good enough for some people, but let’s remember this lady works in customer service me we cannot run. Business even though we have been trading for 15 years,

Oh the gearbox was not lost its label had come off it and it was found the day after we contacted the shipping company but this lady did not trust us and accused us of lying it’s all in the email and did not want the box any more just the refund which was done.

What more can we do just another vile rude person that need to get some happiness back into her life,

We have zero tolerance for abuse and I will not sit there nd let you give it to my staff I will bite back. You would. It speak to us face to face like that don’t do it on the phone. Or be a keyboard warrior

Good price paid

Sold them my car for spares, put the price I wanted and no messing they paid it without trying to knock me down, good stuff 👍👍

Poor service (Sept 24) - still poor service.

Following their failure to provide the correct item they posted that they had paid a refund to my card. I have received NO refund or any further explanation. So who have they paid it to? Maybe Santa is bringing it (Ho! Ho! Ho!)? Or will it be a New Year surprise? Or a Small Claims Court decision? We'll wait and see.

Do you want to stop being pathetic and actually supply sales information like order id or reference number I have checked our orders on the day you have stated and there is nothing in your name you have listed on here or the email address you have used on here, leaving x2 reviews is just childish pick up the phone and contact us we cannot refund if we don’t know who you are or what you bought we sell over 500 items a week I don’t have time to sit there going through all our sales I have searched your name and your email we have nothing for them

Delivered Damaged engine and not full refunded amount

Stay well away from this company brought a engine from them turned up damaged it was like it when left there premises pallet and surpports were still in tact after a lot of discussions they took it back put 10 per cent handling charge engine cost £883 got back £600 there ratings says it all I would not buy a wheel nut from them

Let’s get this right you bought a used ford focus 1.6 Tdci t1da, it was shipped and the sump was damaged in transit, you then contacted us and we said we would send another and have that collected, as our expense, you then started going off on one saying the engine was dirty and not what you where expecting and wanted to cancel the order, as you can get one else where for £300 with only 10000 miles 😂😂. We agreed to accept it back and you where told on the phone it would be subject to delivery and restocking as per the terms and conditions you accepted when you clicked buy it now on the breakerlink website, do you remember that little box you had to accept before it took you to payment, we as a company are not here to be messed around because you think it’s. It accepted. It’s a diesel engine out of a car that is 10 year plus old, we don’t jet wash them like all the other breakers.. we refunded you once you returned the engine, its was not smashed to bits it had a flat sump as well you know which had been done in transit. We was willing to sort it all out at our expense but you didn’t want it to so you had cancelled the contact and are liable to cover the costs, if there is issues which is very rare we do our best to rectify it let’s remember we are selling 200 plus items a day and only unhappy / rude people leave reviews without being asked to, this world is not a nice place since 2020

Our ratings do say it all search all the other vehicle breakers we are in the top 10 out there with a 4.6 rating

Replacement Door Card

I had searched for months for a replacement door card for my Galaxy after my whippet chewed the original. Fordbits had exactly the one I wanted. I sent a photo of the original and they matched it. I was so pleased ti do business with Ross, Amanda & the team for going that extra mile for me. The price was great so what a win-win for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good quality parts, good service

Recently bought some good quality second hand Ford Fiesta parts. Agreed a price over a text conversation. They agreed to remove car parts ready for collection within 2 hours. When they were collected it was all exactly as described and ready to be loaded into the car. Can't really ask for more.

Fantastic Customer Service

Fantastic Customer Service, I purchased a wing mirror and cover was realised it was a different shade of red that I needed so messaged to see if they could change. Unfortunately they had already dispatched item but quickly responded to say that if I sent it back they would exchange it for me, which they did.
Quick to respond to purchase and even quicker to respond to the exchange, friendly and understanding of a mistake I made and were prompt to correct.
Would certainly recommend and I will definitely use this company again if needed.

Do not believe a word of these…

Do not believe a word of these scammers, they just spew garbage out they're mouths all the time! Read the reviews it's always someone else fault, must have the shipping companys fault we definitely sent it but we don't seem to have any proof, oh it's damaged is it well it must have happened after it left here, oh you want a refund well you'll have to wait till the managers back from his seemingly never ending holiday!
Ours ended up having to get sorted out through our credit card company and they blocked me on Facebook because we stupidly expected to get our parts we ordered but after 2 months it was clear!
14/10/2024 - bunch of liars do not trust 1 word of them, we never got a bonnet from you cause your useless and it was credit card company that refunded the money. Just lazy scammers

There you go again abusive I refunded not the credit card as I have proof of this your card company contacted us and I told the lady on the phone what had happened and told her to refund you got the bonnet.. you had x2 other parts off us that where fine how are we scammers your just a angry little man who has no patience why we tried to sort this with dhl. You where given tracking and it shows delivered yet your saying it was not I had to sort with dhl which is not a fast thing to do, your abusive rude little man. Funny this review you complaining you didn’t get your items yet tracking showed them as delivered you contacted us and we looked into it and dhl confirmed the bonnet had been damaged, we tried to work with you. And yes we took a while to refund because we were trying to sort things with dhl. The reason you were blocked on Facebook is you kept leaving comments. Calling us all the names under the sun, and livers and conmen 15 years we have been in business and take over 1.5 million a year, Ian not going to rip someone of for a poxy £200 for a car bonnet, you will be glad to hear it was me that refunded you not your credit card company they reached out to us and we give them the evidence we had and told them to refund the bonnet but not the other parts you had delivered, oh yeh you forgot to mention most of the parts had been delivered didn’t you. It’s like all insurance claims it takes time but computers think they should get it right away. We told you it would be sorted but your where rude and abusive that why you where blocked no other reason

The speed of service

The speed of service, through purchase and delivery was first class. The item I ordered was as per description and was well packaged thus avoiding any transport issues.
I would certainly recommend Fordbits.
