Ordered a wing mirror for my fiesta. Fordbits shipped immediately but unfortunately DHL managed to loose my item so I contacted fordbits and they sent a replacement. Received the item well wrapped and in great condition. Will be using this company again for any parts required. Cant recommend enough.

The company gave an accurate description (and photo) of the condition, answered my queries promptly and helpfully, and dispatched the part to me much more quickly than expected/promised. Overall excellent service

After completely panicking, having gone over a pot hole that completely ruined my alloy and tyre, Ross got in touch with me via my Facebook post to offer help! Fordbits supplied me with a wheel, and spare today when they wasn’t even open! They didn’t rip me off, and the lovely lad carried it to the car for me! Very kind and much appreciated. I am so grateful, thank you!

Clear quotation, easy transaction, quick delivery, part was exactly what I needed at a competitive price. Will be using them in the future!

Sells faulty parts. No refund, no replacement. Gets abusive when questioned.
Claims it was my garage that damaged. The part had 2 faults. One damaged cables and a broken patr in the mechanism. Claims it was tested prior to sending which is BS.
I cannot stress, Do not buy anything from them.

I have used fordbits a few times now for new parts for my CMax. Ross is very knowledgeable and helpful and all the work carried out has been excellent. On one occasion he couldn't fit me in to have my breaks done for a few weeks so I went elsewhere as I needed the car roadworthy immediately, they quoted me an extortionate amount so I asked Ross if the price sounded right (he is a trustworthy guy, not interested in ripping anyone off) he couldnt of been more helpful, he moved stuff around in his diary and he got one of his lads to stay back and do the work a few days later and it cost me around £350 less!! A genuinely nice bloke, happy to help and provide a good service for a good price. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I'd recommend this company time and again.

Great set of lads, phoned up for a fiesta bumper was told they have plenty on the shelf ready to go , collected the bumper colour which saved me from having to get it painted, polite and helpful staff members would recommend to anyone whether its something small like a wing mirror or if you need a new engine they have it all

Excellent customer service, very helpful needed various parts for my focus and they had everything I needed on the shelf, even had a drivers seat in the same trim as mine!! Awesome lads to deal with! 👌🏼 I'll be back.
