Way over priced
Way over priced. Paid over £750 for a course that costs £310 to do if i had gone direct. Would have given 1 start but the customer service team was friendly.so 1 star if for them

A great training course with down to…
A great training course with down to earth instructors. It was raining over the 2 days and the building's roof was leaking but the staff kept the actual training area dry and safe. The instructors were nice and easy going but strict and consistent with the safety aspects of the training and gave us loads of handy tips and tricks and lots of time actually operating the machinery. I had never driven a fork lift before but passed in 2 days and now use the fork lift at work with confidence, knowing that I understand both the machine's and my own abilities and limits. Thank you - it was great.

Do not trust this company they just want your money that's it. before you pay they are very friendly. But once you paid start to change everything. Try to convince you to paid straight away with a lot fake stories. Even if don't have any traning available the most important thing is money for them

Thank you for your feedback, from what I can see you attended an A17 CPCS Telescopic Handler training course specifically mentioning you had vast experience and just wanted to be tested. You were provided a test only booking for which you failed. We offered to rearrange for a discounted retest to which you did not take up.
We do not offer any guaranteed pass training courses on CPCS accredited courses.

I can not recall my trainer's name but he was patient and showed me all I need to know about paperwork and also how to operate the forklift. However the expected 3-4 days of training had been reduced to 1 day and a half which I was dissatisfied with even though I passed the tests.
