They were really nice. From my enquiry making to the decision I finally made to the training, they were very supportive. They showed excellence in the training being given and I'll strongly recommend them.

Though on the expensive side, the service was good. All of my concerns were promptly dealt with.

The study materials were excellent.

They were spot on with their traning i came the unsure if i could do it but because of the e thuastick attitude of you can do it, i have done it , i pass thank God i believe that they can help anyone because they made a beliver out of me and i now have sucess .

I have training with with forklift training this week and have just spoken to the customer service team asking to reschedule my appointment to a different location and time and they cooperated with me to my needs and i highly recommend their team. quick and fast

Good training centre that ready to give you the best technique in the field but they need to communicate more with student after the course probably by text or email congratulate them and inform students what to expect in post, also I think the handbook should be given to student to keep.

I did find myself very good and agents are very reliable. I recommend everyone to contact the forklift training agentie becouse are fast and very good train to help you whatever problem you have.

Very easy straightforward and affordable.

Don't use this company, they don't own any facilities or training centres, they just sub out the training to other companies and rip you off for doing so.

They lied about the training centre i attended which was nothing like they claimed, and off the 4 other folks on the course who had gone to the independent training centre direct I paid £80 more than anyone else.

Once you have Paid they ignore all you emails.......

My advice find a local company and don't listen to the b/s Forklift Training UK give you.

To be perfectly honest the staff at Forklift Training UK were an amazing bunch. I was and still am desperate to better my life and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from them. From the beginning Kinsley was a massive help and obviously more than capable at providing a greatly appreciated service, not to take anything away from Abz or the managing director as they were both more helpful than what I could have asked for. Because of you guys I now feel more comfortable in the fact il be able to progress in my life in the field I have a genuine passion for. Words cannot describe how grateful and impressed I am with the service I received

Staff very friendly and informative and quickly and efficiently rearranged when original course was cancelled due to the recent bad weather. The instruction was one to one and the instructor was very experienced and good at his job.

Very friendly helpful staff explained details of training thoroughly and even follow up call was made to find out how training was very tentative and resourceful with trying to get job for trainee

I found the Forklift Training UK very professional and helpful.Their approach and customer care met and surpassed all my expectations.
As a business they really took the time to listen and tailor my requirements to the letter supplying a step by step guide to the whole learning process and as a net result offered excellent value for money. Hence presented me with an array of optional payment plans and not forgetting links to a highly acclaimed Counter Balance Forklift Tutor and facility.

Easy to deal with, quick and reliable, friendly and helpful staff

The trainer was very good very helpful the only issue I have is cost very expensive and no card issued just certificate but no reflection on trainer he was brilliant

Reception was awesome, member of the staffs are all well trained and professionals, really had a good week during my training course.
