Bad service!

I was not happy with the quality of item I received so returned it well over two months ago.
I chose the buy now pay later option however, they are stating that they can’t find my return and have charged me the FULL amount for the item even though I do not have it!! So I am now out of pocket with no items to show for it.
I will never order from this site again. Bad service.

Item is poor quality

Item is poor quality. Also charged too much for postage. I paid for next day delivery and was charged more than it cost to send (I know this because it says on the Royal Mail postage sticker). Probably wouldn’t buy from here again.

I’m sorry you’re unhappy with the sale item purchased, could you give more details on quality please so we can investigate further?
Regarding the postage difference, I am sorry, it’s actually the first instance we’ve had with pricing. Our postage charges are based on an average cost from the post office, some will be slightly over and some will be under depending on weight. We do offer a free postage service to compensate for this but I will look into how this can be improved.
Maybe for future ref, when leaving a review when purchasing from a small independent business contact them first to discuss the issue so it can be resolved. We appreciate the feedback but also want to help resolve issues where we can.

Order hasn’t arrived and no comms

I put an order in mid March, the items were pre order due to come in stock on 5th April, so I didn’t mind waiting but they still haven’t arrived over a month on.... I’ve sent numerous emails to query and have never had a response or been able to make contact. I’ve tried to track the parcel but the number isn’t recognised

I’m really sorry about this. It looks like the parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail. This has now been refunded in full.

The fitting of a XL was tiny it just…

The fitting of a XL was tiny it just say was a tiny bit big on my sister who is a size 4! If you are 12 pluss I wouldn’t bother ordering

Still waiting for my parcel

I have had to wait over a month for my top to arrive. Once being told on the day it was meant to be delivered that they hadn’t even sent it out yet. Now I’m being sent the second review email when I haven’t even received my parcel?! You need to send out better notifications if parcels are delayed and communicate with your customers.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately we have had issues with stock deliveries recently which I apologise for. We have been misinformed and let down by our supplier on numerous occasions for this top. As frustrating as this is, with pre-orders delays beyond our control do occur.
I always try my best to update customers the best I can. Unfortunately this has been an extremely busy period so I apologise again for not being in touch - I am working on improving these issues for future orders.
Just to add - Apologies for TrustPilot asking for reviews, this looks like a system error on their part.

I ordered a white shirt dress

I ordered a white shirt dress. I knew it would be fitted and the quality was okay. I ordered a Large as a typically size 12 women and it won’t even reach over my hips to get on. Very soul destroying not sure how it could be justified ever as the biggest size

Very good service from this company.

Very good service from this company.
The tights were caught up in the lorry stockpile over Christmas coming from the continent. So late for Christmas. However, the company emailed, followed up, and were very apologetic for something they had no control over.
Excellent communication.

Amazing shop

Extremely well packaged, love love love my coat and gets loads of comments, Highly recommend this place for faux fur coats because the quality is second to none I will defo be buying of you again.
